Horrific customer service EVER!!! I would never go back to this place. The owner of this place was so rude to me and asumed I knew how to address the envolpe I was sending. They guy looks like he is from South Korea or something! He asked “ME THE CUSTOMER”, TO NOT COME BACK!!!!. I will happly take my business elsewhere. We dont need people like you working in AMERICA.

Horrible customer service. The person at the counter wouldn’t stop playing on his computer or give direct eye contact. Refused to scan in my packages or give me any sort of drop off receipt. Second time I’ve been there and the same consistent bad service and refusal to provide proof of drop off. Shame on my for coming back there.

The man at this store is very arrogant and rude. I asked a very simple and likely common question regarding tracking and he was a complete jack***. Definitely lost a customer.

Very well done Venezuelan food (I’m venezuelan) ?. If you are hungry and want the best latin food come here. Oh and also, the service is 10/10.

The gentleman that is always there at this store needs some customer service training. He is very abrupt with his customers and when you ask a simple question is condescending. Today I dropped off a box to be sent FedEx and asked for a receipt. He barked he doesn’t give receipts and that it will be scanned by FedEx. I’ve been in this store several times and he is just not nice and witnessed the same treatment with other customers. Can’t wait for FedEx to open a store in North Sarasota.

Excellent experience! I ended up staying a bit after hours and the gentleman continued to be professional and courteous. He gave different options for a package that needed to get to Canada a.s.a.p.! He went above and beyond to get our package on its way before the Labor Day weekend. I would definitely return!I appreciate his assistance very, very much!!!

I utilize this Fruitville Postal Mart for all my mailing needs, and have done this for many years. The owner and his staff are very responsible and professional in attending to my needs to getting my boxes out to my family members near and very far. Thank you all for the way you meet the needs of this grandmother and mother of two, one being in the military. Great business, and great professionalism in dealing with this client for many years, much appreciated.
