On June 2024, I arrived at this branch to withdraw money from my account. I walked inside of the lobby and I was greeted by an employee, who was very professional. I told him the reason why I was there and I walked towards a counter to retrieve a withdrawal form. The employee at the podium and I continued to talk while I filled out the savings withdrawal form.
The manager suddenly came out of his office and asked the employee if I was causing a problem. The employee told the manager that I wasn't causing any problems and they spoke with each other for a minute. The manager continued to glare at me and he approached two other employees. The manager didn't approach or speak to me.
I finished my transaction with a teller and I walked by the manager as I was leaving the lobby. The manager continued to stare at me and he reeked of alcohol.
I was completely appalled by the unprofessional and predatory behavior of this bank manager. As a result of this incident, I never returned to this branch and I closed out my accounts. I will never deal with PNC again.

Personnel at this location are unprofessional and communicate poorly. I have had many great experiences with PNC, zero of which have occurred at this location, time would be better spent going down the road to a different branch.

I’ve had nothing but good experiences at this branch for several years. Helpful whenever I want to withdraw money without my checkbook (I don’t use the drive thru ATM for various reasons). Very helpful when I wanted to buy a CD. Staff is always pleasant.

Two untrained tellers could not tell me whether a checking account at PNC Clark Road branch had sufficient funds to cash a check drawn on PNC and payable to me.The teller wanted me to first endorse the check. I initially refused in case in case the PNC account had insufficient funds.and could not be negotiated.I then provided my photo if to the teller. The apparently untrained teller then appeared to consume more time trying to determine whether I had a PNC account. Then, for some reason asked for a debit card. I don’t have PNC debit card. Then she asked for a credit card which I provided.Then, without apparently verifying whether the check could be cashed, she started to process the check. I Tod her to stop because I did not want to receive an NSF check returned to me if there were insufficient funds in the account. She then returned the check. Fortunately, unprocessed.This has never happened to me before at any PNC branch including Clark Road branch.These two apparently clueless of untrained tellers were serving customers without a manager present.

No longer the friendly bank branch I have done business for years. Not helpful, no friendly greeting as before. Just wanted some info on cd rates, and I was told to make an appointment. I will make an appointment; At another bank.

I asked PNC to delete a check accounting. They didn't do it right away so the next day they charged me a usage fee and wouldn't close the account until I then paid them the money. PNC has little loyalty to customers who have been banking with them for over ten years. Very poor customer service.

The Manager of this place has brought the 3rd world country service to this branch and has trained her employee to do the same. Sad to see because it looks like we came from the same region in that part of the world that I got away from. She made up her own rules that other branches wouldn't dare to do. PNC bank is my favorite bank and this particular branch should not represent PNC.

Blind leading the blind is the nicest thing I can say about this Bank. I have lived in town for over 35 years and just cash the check and didn't have my license with me because I forgot it the lady suggested I get an ATM card and was kind enough to walk me to the manager's office and all of a sudden nobody could identify me and the card that they suggested I get was not an option anymore as I'm being escorted out the door I'm told to have a nice day and I've been accustomed for four years wow talk about feeling like a number absolutely the worst I used to think Bank of America was bad this is even worse if you want a great bank, iberiaservicee go to Iberia no matter what branch you go to somebody will recognize you and say hello and help you get business taken care ofcustomer service nobody beats Iberia they really know your name and who you are. Worst experience ever

I’ve been a loyal PNC customer for over four years with my personal, checking and savings account along with a PNC credit card. Prior to yesterday I swore by this company. It’s true what they say one bad experience can ruin it. I’ve been coming to this branch for several months since I’ve moved to Sarasota to get quarters for a small business just change no check-cashing money orders or none of the sort. Prior to yesterday I’ve always been welcomed with Pleasant smiles and my pleasures. On yesterday I stop by to get quarters and I was turned away due to not having a business account with PNC. Now had this been the first time I had been there then this would’ve been OK but I had done this over 10 times without a problem. The person who assisted me was rather condescending and unhelpful. This made me rethink doing any further business with PNC. I know this is it no big deal I’m just disappointed. I’m in the customer service industry and this is not how you treat a loyal customer.....

This bank is amazing - the staff are all very friendly, and the environment is inclusive. I had a problem with one of my accounts and the banker who assisted me took her time and made sure I was taken care of and understood what had happened, how to avoid it in the future and also made sure I was well taken care of. I cannot more highly recommend this branch.
