First I want to say that PNC as a whole is just a terrible bank altogether, not recommended for individuals who want to do business. However a solid bank location can make up for some inconveniences, that’s not the case here. The manager Neil does not care for his clients. I had a very simple request and I had to hound him for a week to make sure it was done. He would say he would call me back because he doesn't know and then would never actually call me back so my issue is left unsolved. If he can't help a customer with such a simple task or at least get back to them in a reasonable matter he should NOT be a manager.

They have a bunch of very inexperienced, and difficult employees at this branch. my 92-year-old mother was trying to cash her check, and the teller said it was written improperly. When I asked to speak to the manager, she told me I would have to wait at least 15 minutes to do that. I then proceeded to another PNC branch where I was treated professionally and the check was cashed without any incident… I do not recommend this bank.

Took time off from work to come in and change my name on my bank account since I recently got married. Got at the bank at 4.40pm. Shouldn’t be a big deal. Was told I need to make an appointment because everybody that can help me are busy. Will never be coming back

This is the most poorly managed PNC branch I've ever been to. Neil is an incompetent buffoon who is incapable of performing the most menial tasks in a timely fashion. But I guess I shouldn't have high expectations for a lazy affirmative action case.

We went to this branch on Fruitville Rd. to open a business checking account. We were greeted as soon as we walked in by a teller. Theresa took us to her office to start the process. She was very friendly, helpful, and seemed to genuinely care. She was not the person who does business accounts so she passed us over to another lady who usually works at the Siesta branch. Madeana was also super nice, and she helped us get our account set up quickly. She explained all of the services available as well. I opened an account at Chase not too long ago and it was over a 4 hour process. Now I'm thinking about switching all of our accounts over to PNC.

The wait is absolutely ridiculous at the outdoor lanes. Spent over 20 minutes waiting.

They need more tellers. Would be nice if they were open on Saturdays also. I love the people who work here! They are great and do their job as best they can. I personally am looking for a better bank with better interest rates.

Wickedly understaffed!!! Often only one teller and one manager, so the wait can be substantial. Also I’ve been turned away because the one person behind the glass didn’t think she could get to me before closing… closing was well over an hour away. Also also, good luck trying to make an ATM deposit after hours!!! I’d say good 80% of the time it won’t accept any deposits… other times it will only accept either check or cash deposits. Been with PNC most of my adult life… never encountered a branch like this!!!
