Didn’t realize the bank doesn’t do bank things anymore. Wasted my time on trying to make a bigger withdrawal with them. DO NOT GO TO THIS BANK.

Nice people ...but I've been 35+ years as a Customer with my Company and personal accounts putting thru millions in past 30 years, never OD, never ever late with 750-825 credit score. I brought a check for $1000 from FL Lottery to cash. I had approx. $860 in my pers cking account (don't keep a big bal in cking account) but had few thousand in my company account. PNC refused to cash the check from FL Lottery to me without depositing it first and waiting 24-48 hrs to clear!!!! 35 years with PNC!! After 35 years... time to move to Chase, much more customer centric. I once cashed a check recent months requesting 10-$100 bills. Was told she didn't have enough $100's so she would have to make up diff in 20's and $10 bills... because she'd have to get it from the "vault" which would require her to go thru management. Ya gotta be kidding me.

Do not go to this location, I went in two hours prior to closing, and they could not serve me. They turned me away due to the teller not having enough time.Being disabled, and having to schedule rides everywhere, it is not easy, so it has made a simple task very hard save your time and do not go to this branch. Go to a real one with tellers like Downtown PNC.

Why in the world would PNC allow this branch to be a ATM only location. Without a Debit card I was unable to complete any of my banking needs. Waste of time & space, I will never go there again after being lifetime PNC & predecessors client. Sad experience!

I have been banking at this bank since they came to town about 16 years ago and have a personal and business accounts with them...well, a few years ago they started charging me a monthly fee on my business account...then they took away the teller window at the drive up which was very handy and I put up with all of it because it is such a pain to change banks...well again, I went into the lobby on Tuesday to deposit a check and found a banner in front of the teller windows and the place dark and depressing so I said " what is going on here?" I young woman came out of an office and told me that I had to use an atm machine from now on because they don't use tellers anymore...I said a few unpleasant words and stormed out...Goodbye PNC, and screw you, I am with another bank now where they actually have friendly people who treat me with respect. You don't even deserve the one star I gave you.

this location no longer provides customer service, no drive up, no tellers, just a snooty woman with an ill fitting dress and way to much make up

Branch states they are moving to DIGITAL only 9/28ATM stuff and no tellers? They should shutter it and let a service oriented bank take over

Good luck getting a human to speak to you. Tried calling many times. Every time I do, it goes to a silent hold, where you will be till you give up. They do not answer the phone at this branch. Just another reason I'm trying to get a Payoff letter to change auto lenders so I'm finally done with PNC bank!

they literally ask you a hundred questions just for a simple transaction. Obviously I know how to use an atm, it's like they are bothered that i have to go in to get money out. Hey buddy, the atm has a limit and half the time it doesn't work.

Can never contact this branch by phone. I was referred by my PNC Branch to the University Branch and to call them to schedule a notary/medallion appointment. I've tried several times to reach this bank by phone to schedule the appointment. I stay on the line and listen to silence for about 5-15 minutes and then they hang up on me. Not very good customer service from my perspective. At least take a message and call me back or something, so I can get my appointment scheduled. Do I have to drive to the bank to schedule an appointment?

I am always treated with respect whenever I go to PNC Bank. They may not have as many locations as other banks, but they make up for it in customer service and competitive rates. This location, and the branch on the Fruitville, I find myself at quite a bit. They all know me and I am addressed by my name. I think we have a strong business relationship built up over the past few years. I also like how they are located inside of Giant Grocery stores up North (I travel to Maryland) and they have extended hours at those locations. Their services fit my needs and I am happy banking with them. I am uploading a photo of their business hours for the location on University.
