Came to get some information about the black card membership waited on the counter for 2 minutes while a manger and associate talking giving me and my girlfriend their back.
The associate look at me he is bothered and told me to wait.
The manager approved his lack of good manner and costumer service.
Then this associate telling me to knock it off and he is like ready to fight he may think doing that i will go home crying.
Very disrespectful and offensive.
Please train associate and manager how to respect costumers and members and know the meaning of Costumer service

Very clean and well maintained. Staff is wonderful, provided one (or more) are AT the desk when you need something.

I Particularly like the hours 3 PM to 5pm. Working out makes such a big difference in Attitude and physical being. It takes work. Lots of work.

Great gym, first of all the place is spotless! The staff is friendly, the equipment looks new, the temperature is perfect, lots of TV's, they offer massage chairs and tanners, refreshments and workout drinks available, with tables and chairs to drink them at.
We've been to two different locations and the quality was the same at both.
Couldn't be happier!

We want in wanting to check out the facility. The two attendants there greeted us and let us walk around to take a look at the gym. We decided to both sign up while we were there. I liked that they didn't push us to sign up, just let us figure it out but then helped when we asked. I also have to say I have never seen such a clean gym, even the women's locker room and bathroom were spotless. Very impressed.

I travel often. This is far and away the best Planet Fitness that I use. It is clean. The staff is friendly. The equipment is well maintained and you have a good assortment of equipment as well.

My local PF is clean, uncrowded and has more equipment than any gym I have ever visited (from New Jersey to California). The staff is ready and able if you should need help.

This is our space. We share it. Let's take care of each other, keep it sanitary, wipe down a machine or tool if you use it, and remember you're not the only person in the Planet.

IT'S STILL DIRTY. You should have seen the back of my shirt after I used a foam roller. GROSS.
I then slipped in accumulated water by the bathroom sink and nearly fell.

Still going, and it's STILL CLEAN! Employees are fun, especially Chris, and everyone here seems to have a great attitude. I love this PF, and it's now my favorite in the area!
