WORST MECHANICS - VERY DANGEROUS PLACE!!!
Was driving my truck after getting an oil change the next day and my truck started smoking really bad! Come to find out when I opened my hood there was no oil cap!!!! These dummy’s forgot to do the obvious and couldn’t even remember to put the oil cap on! Do not trust these guys because they are well know for this and I’m so angry that this happened to me and couldn’t even offer me a warranty on my engine for their MISTAKE!!!

Super honest unlike everyone else. After getting new tires I went in for an alignment and after putting my car on the rack, the tech said it was OK and didn't need aligned. No charge. Anyone else would have done a bogus alignmen and charged me. THANKS GUYS!

Bryan and Eric were great. We will be returning!
My wife made an appointment at a different shop for her car @11am for an oil change. We did some errands and her car was still not touched. I noticed I needed an oil change too so I called JSN because we were in the plaza. They told me to come on over. I had my oil change and tires rotated at JSN all before my wife got a call saying hers was finished at the other unnamed shop. It's almost 3 pm and we haven't gotten a call from the other shop yet. Guess we will drive over and wait for her car. Thanks guys!!!

I got a nail in my tire. I called JSN auto repair because my sister recommended them from her having a nail in her tire. My experience from the phone call to getting my tire repaired was amazing!!! Everyone was super nice and helpful. They got me right in and out. 5 stars isn't enough.

I bring a car with leakage in thermostate. And asked to replace it and check code P0455 evap system i got from scanner in autozone. They charge 170$ for 'inspection' to said that thermostate need to be replaced. Want to charge 160$ for drain coolant (of course have to do tbat) and 270$ for replace the thermostat... i dont think so....
Update.
They are scam or just know nothing about cars... I paid them 170$ for the 'inspection' that autozone gave me for free and they said the PO455 code (evap system leak) will be fixed if they replace thermostate(720$ in total) That's doesn't make any sense for me. Coolant and evap sys mixed??? I took my car, replaced the thermostate in other place fixing coolant leakeage and guess what: engine light still on. You are aware!!!

The staff at JSN Auto are friendly, knowledgeable, and timely on repairs. Before over paying at the dealership I'd recommend giving them a call. They repaired my car and got me back on the road in no time.

My car would not start and I had a fairly new battery.
The crew at JSN figured out that I needed a new starter. It was installed quickly and out the door in a couple of hours. Great job!!
