After canceling my service, the beginning of February, your office only added chemicals to my pool and not actually cleaned it, brushed it or anything, but you continued charge me the exact same amount for my last month, while doing less work. You’re already overpriced so the fact that you Charged me for the entire month of February the same amount to do less to my pool speaks to the character of your business, which is not very high. When I called in to inquire why I was being charged the same amount for less service, the man who answered the phone was so disgustingly rude and argumentative, I’m happy to no longer be a customer.

So glad we discovered this company, right on our backyard. Just moved into a new house that has a pool and spa. It has a Pentair system which uses an app to control the heat and jets in the spa. I had NO idea how to use the app. They accessed my pool info remotely and could see something weird was going on with the system. Kyle came out the next day and replaced a wire to the sensor, which apparently a critter chewed through.He patiently showed me how the app works and we're up and running now. Woo hoo.I highly recommend these folks for your supply and service needs. Very professional, great customer service skills!

The folks at this store are wonderful. They have helped us with both installing a pool heater, LED lights, and app remote as well as maintaining and cleaning our pool. They are always reliable, courteous, knowledgeable, and fair. We highly recommend them for both cleaning, maintenance, and installs!

Dexter hung up on me today He couldn't explain why my pool wasn't clean after 5 trips to my home for pool service He said it was my fault his company had inputted the wrong email for my account Thus no communication from Pinch A Penny regarding weekly service When I asked to talk to the Owner ... he copped an attitude "You wanna talk to the OWNER YOU wanna talk to the owner?!?" This was the same employee who helped me at the beginning of their service I took a water sample in for testing...there was a Gentlemen behind me with one item I said he could go ahead of Me Well, Dexter then waited on 5 more people, before he got around to me The owner also blamed me for their poor service...said I had to pay for incomplete service Photos attached My pool surface is only 2 years old

I come here once a week to get my water tested. The guys are always great. Very friendly and helpful. We also bought our pool heater from them. No complaints.
