“The Doctor & staff of SRQ CARE COMPOUNDING PHARMACY and Wellness center are the most knowledgeable, kind and caring medical professionals I have spoken to in a very long time. It is a clean environment with many other types of interesting items for sale. They have a large variety of vitamins and personal aide items. We are blessed to have them in our neighborhood! “I spent 12 years in a mental prison due to depression. It got to a point where I didn't see a reason to live anymore. Joy was completely gone... 2022 I was hurting bad, just wanted a pizza and couldn't afford it(I don't entirely remember) BUT Jake(usually works customer service area, Today he was a cashier for me) extended his hand and helped me out. It was simple act of kindness that I think about almost daily because his ONE simple kind act was a huge piece of my awakening - 08/2022 every but of shame, guilt, disappointment, the burden of failure was completely and totally gone.
Over night in 2022 something took place that I cannot explain other than - a miracle.

“While this store has gone down somewhat since it opened with a 5-star experience, pound for pound it is still your best Walmart experience in the Sarasota area.
It never, however, seems to be fully stocked anymore. It seems like there's always an item or two that they don't have and don't have for several weeks.
They still need to keep working on these constant out-of-stock situations, especially on everyday goods of their house brands like bread or bacon.
The pharmacy is also top-drawer with helpful people who get prescription refills done fast.”

Delivery trucks take first entrance off Cattlemans Rd and drive around behind store to docks. Plenty of room to dock trailers and turn around. There is a drivers lounge with snacks and a Keurig with many K cups kinds of coffee. Clean restroom too for drivers. Associates are nice just ring the bell in the drivers lounge to let them know you are there. Thank you Sam's for being so kind to the delivery drivers. We appreciate it!”

“Outstanding service! Professional, very helpful and efficient!I just switched to this Walmart Pharmacy through my new prescription coverage with Humana. I was a little concerned about the switch since my last 2 pharmacies had a hard time processing my insurance correctly since my medications are a bit complex. I stopped in at the pharmacy expecting a long wait which was common in the other pharmacies I have used. Even though it was a busy time of day I only waited a couple minutes! The pharmacist on staff, Madeline, was outstanding! She took time to understand my insurance and set in place procedures to streamline it for future prescription refills. She explained the process clearly so I understood it. One of the pharmacy associates, Lindsay, completed the paperwork and processed filling my prescription. All this happened in just a few minutes! Above and beyond: I managed to misplace my phone and they tracked it down immediately ( it had been turned in to customer service by some kind person)This was my BEST pharmacy experience I can recall! Somehow they managed to give me all the time needed, while still working through a busy time of day! The refill only required a short wait and I found a couple things I like at great prices while I browsed Walmart.”

“I have no problem with the Pharmacy itself. They've filled my prescriptions without giving me a bad attitude. But stay away from shopping there. I had the WORST experience trying to return a few items with the receipt with the somewhat young, blond, pudgy cashier & her dark-haired, also pudgy male sidekick who don't wear name tags. Unbelievably, they claimed they're the Store Manager when he's not there when I asked to speak to him. They were horribly rude & unprofessional, threatening to call the police when I went to the pharmacy to ask about the store manager. These two have no place working with the public. They're an embarrassment to the store with their unacceptable behavior. They really belong in a fast food place, only permitted to flipping burgers & staying away from people, especially customers!”
