Very dissatisfied, Manager should be fired! I called corporate customer service the matter has been escalated, yet I have not heard anything. Manager Jose? Shame on You! I will never ever return! I will never recommend this store. They should consider making Aston the Manager. He was the only professional I dealt with. Refused to give me refund after corporate told Jose to. I called the day before spoke to Jose he said it was too late to get a refund.I told him to look up my purchase 6/28 purchased I could have gotten refund but Jose told me I could not. He mis informed me. Refused to correct it. When I went to the store he stayed in the back room mafe me wait over 1/2 hour. He made Ashton am associate deal with me when I asked for the manager. I highly suggest you make Ashton the manager, since Jose hides in the back and Makes Ashton do his job. My info on receipt look me up you can still make this right.
