This store and corporate location have horrible customer service I took 2 pair of shoes in for exchange that was a gift for Mother’s Day and while I was looking Conner the employee returned my shoes they were a gift so I could not use the refund at that point . When I explained that to him he was very unapologetic and condescending could care less that he just stole my shoes. I called HR to file a complaint left a voicemail with no return call I can see why there associates are so rude the management is no better needless to say I will not shop here ever again they don’t deserve my hard earned money . Beware don’t shop stores were they don’t care about doing what’s right for there customers

I just returned some shoes that I had ordered on line and the staff could not have been more helpful, and professional. They then ordered the correct size and made it all work! Thank you!

I had a lovely experience today at Peltz! My Google Maps was acting up and so I decided to call the store for directions. The young lady Dakota answered the phone and was so kind and patient and helped me arrive at the store. Thanks to her great instructions.!Once I was in the store, everyone was kind and greeted me. I was a bit lost in what I was searching for and the only sales person that came up to me was Dakota. She probably spent 30 minutes or more helping me find several pairs of shoes that would work for my feet and for exactly what I was looking for. She even watched how I was walking to see what was the best fit for me.I work with several younger people at my place of employment and often wonder if anyone has any work ethic these days.Well Dakota showed amazing work ethic and made my life so so much easier this evening as I was tired and unfamiliar with what shows to purchase. So. a BIG thank you to Dakota!

I looked up Hoka sneakers and this location popped up. Very misleading but I did leave with 3 pairs of shoes. Sam and hayden were very helpful.

Placed an order in store and they ordered the wrong size. Mistakes happen, I get it, but we had to drive to the store after the wrong shoes arrived to return them and get the correct size ordered. A few days later that order gets canceled. Basically told after all that there's nothing they can do for us, online inventory glitch. Never mind my wife had spent 230.00 just a few days prior, oh and prevented a shoplifter from stealing a pair of shoes the day we placed the initial order. They were nice enough to give us an unexpected discount for that which was very nice, however handling the shoe ordering fiasco was horrible. I will not attempt to spend my money there again.

This store is actually terrible shoes all over the floor and in the isles my grandpa almost tripped and fell one of the associates smelled really bad also I think her name was Lisa if i’m not mistaken she honestly smelled so bad I had to write this review if you are the owner of this company and you are reading this review please make sure your employees are practicing proper hygiene please and thank you. These shoes are also very much overpriced if you want to buy good shoes at a good price please don’t even waste your time coming in you’ll be better off going to the new balance store across the street or rack room to be honest anywhere else is better than Peltz.

I bought a pair of beautiful Noat Sandals at Peltz; however, the buckle came off. I wrote Noat an email and it was suggested I get in touch with Peltz because of 1 year warrantee. As I live in a small apartment in a retirement home, I threw out the box. In addition, I could not find the receipt. The Noat representative got in touch with them and was told Peltz would get in touch with me. Never did. I will never put another foot in their store because customer service is D-.

Overpriced and geared towards older people. Some shoes were $200. This is not the place or area I would think people would pay $200 for ugly shoes. On top of the extremely unfriendly staff. Walked right past me and didn’t even say hello or ask if I needed any help. Will take my business else wear.

I asked for a refund or a new pair of shoes but the Manager while claiming he understood my frustration, said he couldn’t do otherwise as the owner believed it was my fault. I don’t know what world these people live in but THIS was not my fault and the shoe was obviously defective when it was made, the fault of the factory or whoever made them. The material stitching on the inside of the shoe is sticking out and rubbing my left foot. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced and I will NEVER set foot in this shop again and I’m warning everyone else not to because you do not get the customer service you expect when spending that amount of money. These shoes were so expensive and I was not treated the way a customer who paid such amount of money should be treated. I would understand if this happened after a few years but after a month is just ridiculous. Stay away from this shop as you'd truly be trying your luck when buying as they couldn’t care less about their after sales customer service!!!
