Purchased 2 platinum interceptors in November 2022, was on back order so sending to a store close to us. Didn't hear anything so in February called to find out about them. The salesman who we dealt with was no longer working there. Owner John stated that they hadn't been ordered yet. So he would honor are order of the bikes then send to local store. We would have no problem getting them by the first of March. Called local store in March (different times) they hadn't received them. Have tried to contact John with NO contact back. Contacted Pedigo Corp. Still no contact 6 weeks later. At this point we just want our $8500 back.

We never biked the Legacy Trail or rode an electric bike. We found this shop and they took such good care of us. Super nice people and the bikes were very fun to ride. They hooked me on electric bikes. What a fun way to spend a day!

We appreciated very much the time the staff took explaining the e-bikes and the trail options. The bikes and equipment were in very nice condition. The battery life was more than adequate. I used the pedal assist for approx 30 miles and only used about 20% of the battery. The shop is approx 3/4 mile from the Legacy Trail and you can use the sidewalk in the main road to get to the trail. We also spent some time discussing bikes for a future purchase and they are very knowledgeable as well as helpful. Highly recommend.

This bike shop is the best! We rented 4 electric bikes that were in like new condition and the helmets were sanitized and also like new. Service was great. They taught us how to ride an electric bike so we would be safe. Great location to the Legacy Trail both north and south. Parking is easy and the rates are great! Thank you Mark, John and Kevin for a great day!

Great customer service!!! You can park your car at the plaza, rent a bike, and bike towards the bike trail. As first-time electric bike renters, we can say that they are fairly easy to use. If you want the typical bike challenge it's good for that or you can use a little bit of assistance and feel the breeze to cool you off as you bike. We highly recommend it!

Really appreciated the personal service from Pedego. They took the time to fit me to the right bike and made a special effort to make sure a bike was available. The location is quite close to the Legacy Trail which is dedicated to bikes and pedestrians -- very safe (with stopping huts along the way) and can be as long or as short a ride as you like. I was not especially familiar with electric bikes, but the owner quickly made me feel comfortable and safe. I like to ride alone for the "zen" of it all, so did NOT want a tour. This outfit is perfect for an affordable, peaceful excursion.

Fantastic Bike Shop, the Staff went over and Beyond to resolve a battery issue, I own the 2021 Ridge Rider, this Bike is Great,, I just put 150 miles on This Bike, all tuned up and just so much Fun to Ride.Thank You John and Staff.

Absolutely terrible experience. My wife and I came here looking for a bike for our son (19) to ride to work. There were two customers talking with the sales guy, towards the front of the store. The guy did not greet us, and the couple and the sales guy just stood there glaring at us for about 5 minutes while we milled about nervously waiting for the tension to break, and for someone to move to allow us access to the rest of the store without bothering anyone. Finally the sales guy went to the counter to grab some literature, so I took the opportunity to squeeze past with a mumbled excuse you, and peruse the store. I'm not sure what the reason for the hostile treatment was, but as a small business owner, I won't be looking for a bike here. Also their bikes do not have regenerative braking, so they are kind of worthless for long distance travel and efficiency.

The guys here are awesome! Great service and the new Pedego element I purchased is outstanding. They went out of their way to make sure I got the red element that I really wanted the same day I walked into the store, and man oh man is it ever a beautiful bike! Every detail on the bike speaks quality. Save yourself time and just go there first if your looking for top shelf quality and value.
