The were very knowledgeable, had a wonderful selection and decent prices.Their delivery was exactly when they promised and with kid gloves.The 2 delivery guys, Mike and Jose, were polite, careful, and efficient. Patio Factory Supercenter in Osprey, FL has provided excellent customer service, delivery and product. From dealing with Renay in the showroom to the delivery guys -- Mike and Jose, and the customer service people on the phone, all deserve nothing less than 5 stars. my furniture arrived today and it looks spectacular. i priced several other furniture places and PFS beat them all by hundreds of dollars for the same furniture. if you are looking to buy new outdoor furniture, this this should be the first place to go. and i believe you won't have to go anywhere else.

Tracey at the distribution center was extremely helpful.Mike and Alfonzo were great on delivery. On time and very careful with my new furniture. In store experience was okay but they didn't go the extra mile.

A bolt cracked on one of my 15 year old Woodard patio chairs. I thought I would need to buy a new chair. This phenomenal team including Jamie, Tracy, Mike and Shawn and the repair group arranged to pick up, repair and return the chair at a very reasonable price. As a result I had no concern of matching new with old, I saved money and know where to go for future patio needs. Boy am I glad I found them! Thank you all so much!

Purchased a Kona bronze dining table and sling chairs for the pool deck. Renay was very helpful with identifying features and fabrics in the store. Manufacture and delivery were on schedule and Mike and Shawn arrived on time (even a little ahead, after calling to ask if earlier was okay), and were friendly and efficient with setup. All in all, very pleased with the service. Thanks!

Kathleen (sales) helped me to find beautiful outdoor seating to replace existing. My selections were in stock and delivered within days of purchasing. Kudos to Mike and Shawn for carrying everything down my long driveway since it was difficult for their truck to make the turn.
