If I could give this place 100 stars I would, The staff here we absolutely amazing, I just adopted my first puppy and this is the vet we took her to after the pet store sold her to us sick, they were so caring and were doing everything they can to figure out what was wrong with her, they gave her some medicine and they gave her a nail trim, overall they seemed very caring about my puppy..about 2 days later the vet tech that attended her called to see how she was doing which caught me by surprise cuz like I said it showed that they cared..definitely feel like I can trust the staff and vet

Update:3 days and clinic still has not checked on Abby. See lowest reviews - clinic avoids responsibility & distorts truth.Post treatment: Abby barely ate rest of first day, and very little on the 2nd day. Day 3 she is normal. No meds.NOTE: Other cases have nothing to do with the way I was treated.Dec 8: waited an hour and still they were still not ready to see Abby. Since I had an appointment to catch, they offered to keep Abby until a Vet could see her at some point in the day.The Vet made NO attempt to talk to me before, during or after examination. Staff notified me she was ready and explained what treatment was given. I was not pleased. That is when Vet attempted contact for the first time and left a voice message re my concern about an injection without discussion. In line with this poor to no communication, the clinic still has not checked to follow up on Abby more over 40 hours post injection. They are attentive to anything money related though.By the way, I stopped going to this clinic in 2015 when my dog went missing (stolen). During a large campaign to find her, including a website, community, posters, and notification to all veterinarians, Abby was found 3 weeks later in Atlanta (800 miles away). However, during her absence, I went into this office (my vet at the time), and asked if they had any news on Abby‘s whereabouts. They said they didn’t know she was missing and have not heard anything… hmm: I called this Clinic about her absence and on their wall was her “missing” poster from their fax machine. Same place, same care. Dismissive and uncaring, inattentive. The reasons why I cannot recommend this practice. Granted, I am grateful to be scheduled on the same day (for a leg sprain), but I was not informed that this was not a real appointment.Vet Smith:•voice message was condescending and dismissive (others agree).• violated my limitation of consent• threatened, that I cannot retrieve my dog until I pay the disputed charge. What?!• antagonistic. Re “treatment,” Vet Smith said, “do you want your dog to get better?” I did not reply for obvious reasons.• Dispute is about injecting my dog with a Cox-2 inhibitor (Rimadyl), charging for it, and dismissing my consent.FACTSRimadyl is only for pain and inflammation. It does not promote healing. My dog did not need it for pain. She wasn’t suffering. She was content, and I care of her properly. She had a limp due to a soccer sprain. Rest and ice, maybe a compression bandage is proper care for inflammation. Keep in mind dogs don’t need crutches. They have three other legs. So, taking her out to do her duty is without discomfort.Vet Smith insisted a controversial and non-curative practice of injecting NSAIDs was in the best interest of my dog. Abby already shys from entry to the vet for shots like that.• Vet Smith stated the consent form was his, and any alteration to the form means nothing.• Vet admitted to not reading the consent form, nor seeing my notation until after treatment. I wrote adjacent to, and circled next to my initials. It’s obvious.Vet Smith’s demeanor continued to be unpleasant, insulting and aggressive. I left his office saying that he has no credibility with me and clearly I have no credibility with him. He agreed. At least we agree on something. The office manager was not in the room during my discussion with Vet. That’s another fabrication.I reluctantly paid $45 for a shot that I believe delays healing and comes with unnecessary risks for a 12-year-old dog. I also refused the prescribed medication (also contraindicated) that they gave me to give her for 10 days, with same risks.Vet treats our pets as they would treat their own. ? Well, that is not comforting.I however, care for my dog as I would be treated. My prior 3 bone surgeries were each prescribed Cox-2 inhibitors for post-surgical pain and inflammation. I used only ice and an anti-inflammatory diet. I had remarkable healing time.I wonder how quick I’d hear from this clinic if I didn’t make a monthly wellness plan payment ?

I moved to FL 3 years ago and finding a great Vet has been difficult. Parkway has been great. The front desk staff are wonderful. They are constantly busy and can multitask like no other. Dina is amazing! She knows her stuff and will always find you an answer or resolution. Thank you Dina for being so kind. I know your job is very demanding!

I was so relieved to get Luna in on short notice, especially since she required treatment that afternoon. The team resolved her colon blockage, and after a day of recovery she's back to her usual self. Thank you for taking such good care of her.

My boy Jace goes here for all his needs. The staff and doctors are super friendly and have always assisted on any questions. The doctors are very knowledgeable and love that they treat my baby as their own. They were able to step in and immediately see my boy when he ate a grape (highly toxic to dogs) and probably saved his life. The office is fun and clean and prices are average, they also accept care credit!

Nice location, the grooming is well done, although my dog always pees, as he's scared when he sees the groomer. However, the worst part is the front desk staff. Why can't they be polite? Why do they act as if we are bothering them, or as if we are their enemies? They don't even seem to care, even after being with them for over 4 years! It's sad to see this place going downhill. Look for another place starting now .
