My neighbors recommended Dr Romero to me for my new rescue pup. I'm glad they did. He and staff have a very good, caring practice. I will definitely continue using Palm Aire to care for Benji's needs.

By far one of the worst vets I’ve ever been to. Only went here because of all the 5 star reviews I saw. Not sure why or how anyone is leaving 5 stars for this place other than the front desk technicians as they were the only thing that was great about the experience. The actual veterinarian walked into the room we were in and didn’t even greet my dog or even say a simple hello to us, just walked straight to his computer and said “what’s the problem?”. He made several comments about our dogs weight and he seemed to just focus strictly on that and not the real reason we even came in. He then said they “couldn’t find the problem so we’ll just mark it as garbage gut”. How veterinarian doesn’t know what’s going on is beyond me. He gave us pills to basically “cover it up for now” and made us get their special diet food. Now a week later my dog is having the same problems and I’ll have to spend even more money and risk going to another vet that may do the same thing. Very frustrating and unprofessional. I will however mention the two nice ladies that assist the actual veterinarian are great and very nice but I will not be returning and referring anyone to this place ever again.

Dr. Romero and his staff are hands down the BEST veterinarian establishment in Sarasota !! I have been a pet owner for 30 yrs and my pets never never been treated with more care and compassion. I lost my beloved cat this morning and up until this moment he tried everything to make him comfortable and help him. I am so grateful for finding his practice ! If you want the BEST go there !!

Love dr ramaros he is so kind . Our lives jave been amazing since he helped us with dogs. Yorkie and Spencer he and his staff gave us the Best Care we were so happy . DELlivered the puppies they had and cared for them too. He is detailed and giving .All our respect and all we can say is thank you thank.

This place is the best vet service you’ll find! From Dr Romero, to the vet tech, to the front desk staff they all care about your pet, are professional, and kind. They go above and beyond to treat your pet. My frenchie Grace is very thankful for their care.

Dr Romero is the best vet in the area. Truly compassionate, kind-hearted, knowledgeable, cares about your pets well being but also you too as the owner. He is very reasonable unlike most vets here and he is focused on finding the root cause or providing a solution that will get you there. I will never go anywhere else. He has cared for my fuzzies over many years as if they were his own, and feels like family. People (especially vets) like him are hard to find. Highly recommend him and his staff- also very caring and helpful. He is a humble unsung hero , and I couldn't appreciate him more.
