When we were trying to decide between two very nice patio set purchases, the customer service at Outdoor Decor was what sold us on the set at their store rather than a competitor. They were helpful, but not pushy, gave us a very reasonable price, and even rushed our delivery so we could have our new furniture before a family gathering. Their storefront does not seem flashy, but they have a lot of high quality furniture inside. I highly recommend this store for your outdoor furniture needs!

We bought a large group of outdoor furniture - chaise lounges, sitting and dining area. Diego was very helpful and made great suggestions to fit our price range. One year later, they are still comfortable and easy to care for.

If you have allergies or hip/back/knee issues, avoid this store. They have a large dog running around that likes to jump on to customers. Extremely unprofessional. There are much better stores across Tamiami and elsewhere.

We can only say wonderful things about Outdoor Decor. Diego was our sales person & helped us figure out how to best use the challenging space in our lanai. We liked his low key, no pressure approach. He was excellent with drawing various scenarios & we ended up ordering a 3 seat sofa & 2 swivel chairs all of which are so comfortable. In addition to being great to work with, Stacy loaned us furniture from the store to accommodate our family when they came to visit (until the purchased furniture was delivered). We really appreciated such a nice offer. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for outside furniture!George & Ann K

We enjoyed our experience of purchasing new patio furniture very much. Excellent selection and, a little crowded, but tasteful show room. Most importantly, Tracey, the manager of the store, was a real delight to work with. She is low pressure, extremely knowable, friendly and professional.Her impeccable taste helped us to make better decisions. We considered online purchasing, but the price was fair and Tracey provided such a value., we are so glad we went with Outdoor Decor.
