“I’ve been a customer since 2010. I’ve been impressed with Lexjet products until today. I received a damaged 100’ roll of e satin and loaded into my Canon IPF 8400. The paper is damaged and I reported it to the Lexjet Team right away. They requested information and photos which I provided. I have a deadline to meet to provide panoramic prints to my customers. The Lexjet Team has been in touch with me and is sending me a replacement role, which I should have in time to complete my print job. Thanks to all for resolving my issue quickly, especially Cari.”
