Kudos to Dorothy Burlakowska who talked Norris delivery men through a very challenging delivery of a large heavy console piece into a tight elevator space and entrance into our condo. The delivery men never gave up either and spent a lot of time trying different options so kudos to them too.We are absolutely thrilled with the console. Thank you Norris!

Dorothy was very helpful and attentive while ordering our new sectional by Sherrill. When we learned the fabric color I had selected was discontinued, Dorothy contacted the manufacturer and they agreed to do another run of the fabric! That’s what I call excellent customer service!!

I have truly enjoyed working with Dorothy in the design and furnishing of our new house. After brief experiences with other designers at competitive stores, I met Dorothy and I knew right away she was connected to my interest and had my thoughts and interest at heart. She helped me design all rooms to ? satisfaction in less than a weeks effort. I’m so excited to see our efforts come to life. My dream home should be fully furnished before year end. Terrible service experience. Consultant stated in email after full payment that delivery was scheduled and then chairs never arrived. I was unable to contact consult and she did not answer phone or emails on day of missed delivery. Upon request for new delivery, they stated a truck only comes to my area on Tuesdays and it would take two weeks to now receive my chairs.

We bought a house in Florida and needed to completely furnish it. Renata made an overwhelming job so easy. She listened to me and made helpful suggestions. She is very patient and pays attention to every tiny detail. She is easy to work with, very professional, friendly and follows through on getting information to you.

After searching through all the major furniture stores in the Sarasota area, we finally found the gem of the lot, Norris Furniture. It is so much more than a showroom, which of course it is, too. Unlike others, however, it sells furniture from over 300 vendors (including being the only authorized Stickley dealer in Sarasota), so if you don't see what you want on the floor, they can bring up images of alternatives on a large, flatscreen. The sales people have serious design skills, as well. Our sales person, Dorothy Maria, is terrific at listening to what you want and finding possibilities for consideration. We asked her to help us find a contemporary bedroom suite that would work with our 200 year-old, 6' chest, and she found several viable possibilities, including the one that we love and ultimately bought. I highly recommend Dorothy and Norris Furniture!

Our first purchase at Norris Furniture was a great experience. Team member Renata asked us a few questions, then guided us through the options that would work for us. After making our decision, her communication during the waiting time for products to be delivered was exceptional. The delivery team was professional and attentive to detail. Renata was 360 degrees helpful from discussions about our existing furniture, accurate timelines and making sure the new furniture was the perfect fit for us. Thank you, we’ll be back.
