I hate buying shoes. I wish I could underline how much I hate buying shoes. But after wearing out my last pair of New Balance -- two years later -- I needed to get new ones. Jacki seemed to know exactly what I needed, even though I was skeptical. Despite my trust issues, Jacki completely won me over. The woman knows shoes and how to get you in the right pair. Additionally, I have die hard been against insoles because they tend to fill up my shoes too much, but Jacki knew exactly what I needed, and after I brushed the egg off my face, I conceded that Jacki knew exactly what she was doing. I feel really fortunate to have run into Jacki today and gotten her assistance. Not only did she find me exactly what I needed, she made the experience fun for me too. Thank you for all your help! I will certainly be going back!

I recently purchased a pair of Brooks Ghostmax sneakers and was looking for a different brand that was similar. Kelvin waited on me and was both personable and knowledgeable. He showed me the 840's and they are very "cushiony" and nice to walk around in. However, they did not have my size in the color that I wanted. Kelvin ordered them for me but the warehouse "dropped" the order. After over a two week wait I called and the manager followed up and got my order straightened out. The reason for the 4 stars was the delay in receiving the sneakers.

Best shopping experience in a very long time! Brett helped me pick up the perfect shoe for my needs. He went above and beyond! Had to travel to another store to pick them up and everything went smoothly. Kudos to Brett and New Balance for their high customer service standards, they do not make them like that anymore!

Wow! If you want top notch service matched with quality shoes then look no further. Patrick greeted us, heard our needs and wasted no time matching us with the perfect shoes. His friendly and professional approach made us feel like we were in good hands. New Balance offers a scanning machine FREE that tells you exactly what your foot needs are which in turn gets you into the right shoe the first time. Why would you buy shoes any other way after learning about what your feet need to be happy?! We were specifically looking for work shoes in a food production kitchen non slip and lightweight. The added bonus and much needed advice we did not get at other shoe stores is the shoe insert that customized the shoe to your foot arch. BIG DIFFERENCE. We are very satisfied with our experience and will definitely be back! Thank you Patrick!

Patrick was wonderful helping me find a pair of sneakers that went with my work clothes. I have a terrible case of plantar fasciitis and he was very knowledgeable with regard to what would work. Sure enough I feel like a brand new human being and can walk again! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!

My grandmother is pretty picky when it comes to shoes and especially picky when it comes to customer service. Patrick went above and beyond to assist her in selecting and trying on new shoes for her to travel to Europe in. Patrick was very patient, informative, and helpful throughout the process. My grandmother was very pleased with the 2 new pairs she selected and will be a returning customer to this location. Whoever is Patrick’s direct boss, give that man a comp day or a bonus or something. My grandmother raves about her experience shopping with him and her new shoes. Thank you!

Lee Gandy helped me find the perfect n pair of shoes for at work. I'm on my feet for 10+ hours and have plantar fasciitis. While wearing my shoes with the inserts they suggested I don't feel a thing. Definitely coming back for a second casual pair!
