Kim did my manicure today and it was a great experience - It’s a pleasant environment and I noticed there were a lot of regulars — also clean and everyone was kind ! I just like a natural look ;) but they do it all !

Jon, Lilly , Sarah and the rest of the crew are absolutely incredible! I came to them about a year ago after having some pretty bad experiences elsewhere. My expectations were low and they did an incredible job and I haven’t looked back since. I send my family and friends all here. You will not be disappointed

I started coming here two years ago, and I can be quite particular about how my nails are done—as I’m sure many of you can relate. Everyone here is absolutely wonderful. They treat every customer with genuine care and kindness, always greeting people by name the moment they walk through the door. It’s such a warm, welcoming environment. I even used to drive an hour just to see them before I moved to the area permanently.

Exceptional, that's the best way I can describe Nails Now. As someone who's extremely fussy about my nails, it takes someone highly skilled, diligent, and with strong attention to detail to shape them the way I like. And this is why I've been a long-time client, because the team at Nails Now has truly made me the happiest. John, Lily, Sarah, and the rest of the team are amazing, they're hardworking, and they care. It's rare to find the kind of service I experience there--and I'm not just describing the way they do nails, I'm speaking about their customer service and how they always put their clients first. It's so much more than a nail salon, it's a family, and the second you walk through their doors, they welcome you into their family.

First off I just wanna say, supporting small businesses are essential in a small town like ours.
I first went to John and Lilly at nails now back in December and every time I’ve been back it’s a beyond wonderful experience. They are all so kind, sweet and caring in that establishment. I have photos for further proof of the work they provide, to answer any questions some girls on here might want to refer to. Honestly I had a situation where I wasn’t really happy with the outcome one time (and let’s clock the tea, I also didn’t speak up when I should’ve!) and when I spoke to John that same day, he had me come back the next day and fixed them to what I originally wanted them to be. With softness and kindness he fixed my nails and honestly it made me a client for life.
Everytime I’ve asked for any design John kills it! They are all quite acceptional and talented! 🌱🤓😎
Professional, clean, kind, respectful is qualities from everyone in that establishment.
They are kind and wonderful people who all have families, remember that when you go out to small businesses. If anyone is questioning their policies just ask them 🩷
