Scam, do NOT use MyUS for anything they will label any product as dangerous and then discard it. I ordered a product very difficult to find but legal in my country and wanted to have a safe, quality proven product so I ordered it and wanted to use MyUS to ship it, upon receiving the package which contains 100% legal and safe products even more in that country they labelled it as dangerous and discarded it. My guess? They stole it and sold it or even better, consumed it. Anyway do not trust a website that looks like it was made in 2010, and NEVER trust reviews.

An absolutely unforgivable screw-up:First, the background: This company provides shipping addresses in the US and UK for persons living in other locations -- so you can specify a "domestic" shipping address in either of those two countries, and still have the items shipped elsewhere. So far so good, except someone got the bright idea to move the company's UK operations JUST IN TIME TO MISS CHRISTMAS in 2023. I released a package to ship from the UK location on 1 December, and as I write these words it's 18 December and the package hasn't budged. Mercifully I don't have children to disappoint with this, but I strongly suspect that many others do. Absolutely, positively, throbbingly unacceptable. One of the dumbest corporate screw-ups I've ever even heard of, much less been caught-up in. Avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid.

The absolute worst company in the world!!! Please stay far way. Spent over $250 for shipping with DHL, was promised I would have my packages before Christmas and turns out that’s very much not the case. My account had a strange hold for days, preventing me from having my packages shipped. They don’t answer their emails and the chat is a joke. Christmas is ruined. Thank you MyUS. You all really did it this time. NEVER EVER EVER AGAIN!!!!

If I could give this service zero stars I would. I have talked to their chat customer service no less than 15 times this month. This service used to be good. NOW IT IS ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. You cannot contact anyone except through the chat. Two of my packages went missing and they took 19 days to ship. When they were both finally in my suite I requested they be shipped. They still haven't shipped after 5 days. Now they are saying that one of the packages in my shipment was lost so they shipped the other one with out it and I have to pay to ship the second one seperately. They say they will email you but they never do. No one on the chat is ever helpful. They offer empty apologies and bad service. STAY AWAY! I will be cancelling my account as soon as I finally get my packages.

First time customer and probably last time one. Parcels being logged 3-4 days after reception, and they indicate the logging time as reception time. Then they marked water-based cleaner as flammable. Wrote to customer support, got a reply on e-mail after three days, never on WhatsApp, that they would review it. They corrected the error, never notified me about it. Spray can took them to review and conclude as "limited quantity" dangerous goods item four days despite, I imagine, shipping similar products on a daily basis. Took seven days for my parcels to be ready to create a ship request. Prices of additional services are horrendous. After creating ship request, I cancelled it when it was still possible, but despite being "cancelled' in the system, they shipped it. All in all, it could be worse (definitively there is potential), but is not even close to positive.

Overall, fairly happy with my experience. The MYUS app never once showed my parcel in its system. And for some reason when FedEx dropped my parcel off at the US address I had been told to use, it took two days for it to be entered into the MYUS system which did eventually appear in the desktop website. But after that it was all a pretty quick process to get it to me here in Canada. Wish they hadn't selected DHL, but my parcel has arrived fairly promptly and in good condition. I'd consider using this service again if needed.

Horrible customer service I would high recommend you dont use them. Was never told that I have to specify which shipping method to use and when my package arrived the system automatically chose the shipping courier that is more than double the regular prices shown. When reaching out to them on whatsapp it takes more than 45 minutes to even get a reply and if you don’t instantly reply they will close the chat. Then when they do answer and by miracle you are there too, the customer service agent chooses to speak to you like you are a moron and gives attitude. PS they do have hidden costs

Ordered a product worth $99 but ended up paying $70 in fees for shipment, fees, clearing, duties. The wrong value was initially applied on the shipment. Product was immediately shipped without asking for invoice proof and with no option on shipment method. Will not be able to rely again since the value applied is random and causes issues when duties are applied on wrong amounts.

I should have read the reviews, and that was my mistake.This is a useless forwarding service that completely mispresents the point of their service. They also have absolutely no customer support.If you thought you could buy something in the US and then forward it to Canada. Be prepared by their shocking prices.Anything you can't ship to Canada, they can't ship either due to export laws. Basically, they are a scam. What is the point of having a US address, everyone offers international shipping UNLESS its a restricted product like pesticides or herbicides (weed killer).But you can't even contact someone or find that information to be able to make an educated choice.

Firstly, to avoid being cheated, stop all automatic payments to MyUS. For a packet of vitamins and a sample bag, weighing total 2.8 lbs, the estimated cost of shipping at checkout came to $23, but they deducted $77 dollars from my paypal account saying the "volumetric weight" was 19 lbs! This was a shipment from the UK via Aramex (another idiotic company) I requested them to cancel the shipment as the cost was ridiculous for a small packet weighing next to nothing , but refuse to do so and went ahead and deducted the amount from my paypal account, without informing me. This is a very silly system as someone could order something that weighs next to nothing and they will charge you instead for the packaging that, lets say is 200lbs (that is beyond your control). Seems like they have a nice "arrangement" with Aramex. BEWARE OF SHIPPING FROM THE UK! That is where they get a chance to fleece you. As a result of this, I have cancelled all automatic payments from this company.

I used this service to get an item from the US that won't ship to Canada. So i signed up and had the item shipped to them and then shipped to me. The service was fantastic. I had to reach out to chat with them a few times and they were always fast and very helpful.

DON'T BOTHER, THEY WILL WAIST YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND ENERGY.UPDATE: They requested me to contact them in Maps PM when they know there is not a way. I opened cases, 05981548, 05979561, 05975931, 05974312, 0597350, 05960132, all are ignored.The worst shipment forwarding service and they are scammers. They deliberately packed some of my items (24 total) but the shipped only 14 items and most expensive items (10 items) were left behind and was not returned to my suite!Another scamming tactic is that they labeled the box with 24 items and 25 lb with $978 value, where in fact it has only 14 items 12lb weight and only $230 value. Based on their wrong enteries I paid extra shipping cost and extra costoms duties and taxes.They refused to compensate and they ignored all my correspondence.DON'T BOTHER, THEY WILL WAIST YOUR MONEY, TIME, AND ENERGY.

I received a parcel to my MyUS suite and it got automatically processed and shipped to my home address. Unless you have a subscription, their system chooses the shipping method automatically. According to their description, this method should be "the most affordable and reliable way to get your package quickly. We choose the best carrier for you, based on the shipment's destination.". In my case, their system chose a shipping method that was more than twice as expensive as the best two, cost-effective shipping methods from their calculator. Once a package has been processed and the shipping method chosen, you cannot change it even if you try immediately on the same day.

I usually don't like to write negative reviews but this company has gone the extra mile to make one regret using them. To be clear, I've only used their free no-membership service and only for about 10 days now. So I can only comment about that service. They give you the impression that they will save you money and time but actually its more expensive than any shipping service I've used before. I don't have time to go into details but all i can say take your caution with this company and heed the many negative reviews here. They say they want to delight their customers but my experience is their main goal is to delight their bottom line.Update: One or my items didn’t arrive in the shipment. They did an investigation, and instead of giving him money for the missing item, they gave me the equivalent value as a credit for a future shipment!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Horrible service. Hidden fees. You can ask them directly if an item can be imported they will always say yes. I lost hundreds in purchases because items couldn't be imported and were stopped by customs. When i ask them why they told me these items could be imported, they told me it was my job to know what could be imported, not theirs. It literally is their job and they directly lied to me. Tried to file a complaint, no response. Doesn't matter what shipper you choose they will change it without your approval or consent. I found another shipper that tells you what can and can't be imported and is honest, I now use them. I hope this place goes broke.
