I used this service to get an item from the US that won't ship to Canada. So i signed up and had the item shipped to them and then shipped to me. The service was fantastic. I had to reach out to chat with them a few times and they were always fast and very helpful.

The service works if there our no issues. My package is stuck in customs and they have done less than nothing to help. They hide behind an automated system that spits out worthless information. Have requested a call from management and nothing. Horrible, lazy and worthless service, save your money and ship yourself!!!

Worst of all! For same product sent at different times in 1 year they charge differently. I sent pair of shoes to UK, once they didnt charge any VAT and then in the second order they would charge 20%VAT . No way to dispute it either. Avoid these scammers at all cost
