2nd time here. The customer service was great! I can’t remember the woman’s name but she was so friendly and helpful. She even gave me a lotion sample. Everything in this store is so cute. It’s a good spot to buy gifts. I will be back for sure.

Everything is beautiful and well priced, Clothing and souvenirs you won't find elsewhere.
Tonya and the 2 young girls were very helpful, professional, friendly and make you feel welcome.❤️

It's really nice. Merchandise is pricy. I purchased one Christmas gift. Unusual item $30. . So I paid the high price. No offer of gift wrap, no cheerful tissue.. But very nice sweet cute young lady checked me out. Even came around on my side of the counter to hand me the small white paper bag with a pretty smile and Good eye contact. Molly's has a good location, Stickney Point Road, first strip mall off the South Bridge, by New Balance, Able"s Ice Cream, and Special Nutrition, is where you'll find this nice small gift store.

Met Molly today. What a lovely person. They are having a big sale this weekend to celebrate their birthday. This is a an amazing store with unique gifts and special customer service, they even gift wrap your purchases, and staff is very attentive to your needs. This is one of my favorite shops, privately owned, small business.

I always come here for gifts for friends but they lost a customer today. I was getting a custom cup made in between calls for work. I selected my font and color, I expected to have to come back but they did it all right there. But, she did it with the wrong color.She said no worries, I'll have it fixed in a couple minutes. At this point I had been in the store for an hour. I told them I didn't need gift wrapping bc I needed to get home to do a call. As I sat on the bench for my cup to be corrected, imagine my surprise when the person helping me stops working on my order and starts wrapping other people's item at checkout. There were two women who could have helped as well. Then when I said I needed to go, they questioned how far I lived. It's not relevant how far I live, it was their mistake which had me waiting around. Their attitude about me needing to leave or questioning why I needed to get on the road is a horrible customer experience.
