I was recommended by another shop and a friend. Frank is extremely knowledgeable on all cars, but especially European cars. I bring my Mini Cooper to him and he gave me great service,an honest overall appraisal of my car and on time. I highly recommend Frank and Mobiletech Auto Repair.

A coworker recommended this place and I must say biggest mistake, they had my car for 5 weeks, for one, they did not even come close to fixing my car and $408.00 later they changed the sensors in my Audi (that did not fix it) and the crazy part was when I got my car back the inside was dirty, seat was not how I left it and found left over food. After that nightmare experience I took my car to another mechanic and they fixed it on the second day of it being there. NEVER AGAIN! People do you homework before taking your car to just anywhere. I got robbed, but lesson learned.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was referred to Lionel by my old mechanic (I won't mention any names here). I was told by my old mechanic shop that I had a problem with the transmission and they wouldn't be able to do that kind of work. Frank at Mobiletech took a look at my Mercedes and in less than a minute was able to properly diagnose the problem (not saying that every problem is this easy to diagnose, I was just lucky). It was the alternator. I dropped my car off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up by Tuesday. I will never go to another shop for as long as I'm able to go to Mobiletech.

I have been using Mobile Tech for about 8 years. They have worked on my Porsche BoxsterS, 2006 SAAB 93 Aero, 2010 Ford Escape, Audi A5, 1969 Cougar, and more. Always the best in service, price, and knowledge. I'll admit, the lot is crowded, but it is the only place I will take my cars. I just moved to the Sarasota area with a 2011 Ford Fusion that I had bought just two weeks prior. The car was having AC and shaking problems, so I asked a neighbor if he could recommend a good mechanic. Fortunately, he recommended Mobiletech Auto Repair. Frank Polanco and his team are friendly, knowledgable, professional and HONEST -- rare qualities to find in a mechanic. I brought in the car, spoke with Frank, made an appointment to bring it back the first day after the long Fourth of July weekend. They called with the diagnosis and cost of repair. I picked up my car the following morning. Their work is guaranteed for one year.

My truck is not a popular vehicle with many of the shops or mechanics that I spoke with in the Sarasota area. Fortunately one of the last men referred me to Mobiletech Auto Repair and within the week I was able to pickup my old Land Rover Discovery and enjoy driving it with all cylinders firing for the 1st time since purchasing it in October of 2020.I won't ding the previous shops or mechanics but I will say that it was refreshing to be treated with courtesy and kept in the loop by Lionel the service manager and also given a service estimate before the work started that they honored when I picked up the truck. I noticed many different vehicles of many vintages in the lot which indicated that they have a well rounded level of experience working on many different brands and vintages of vehicles and they are very friendly people ?. Maybe they will be a good fit for you as well. I will be taking my truck back in the future as it is like it's owner older with high mileage

I started my experience with Mobil Tech a couple of years ago when I saved a lot of money by avoiding an unnecessary exhaust system replacement that multiple other places said I needed. Since then, they have been my go to. Great people, great prices, honest quality service.
