After hours and hours spent with tech support on the phone , getting nowhere and being left with no phone and frustrated beyond belief- I went into a Verizon store and Travis fixed all the issues that tech support had created! “I want to say that I had a great Verizon rep Derek English he was very tentative. He helped me he went above and beyond helping me with a lot of the problems we ran into on the promotions. when things weren't working out he kept in contact with me via text and he is a great employee. If you can't give him a raise he deserves some days off I don't know who his boss is but I think people should know the Bee Ridge and Cattlemen location Derek English is the rep you want to see”
“I was at this location a few days ago and everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and caring! I had such a good experience and Sara was a rockstar! She did not skip a beat with troubleshooting and making calls to tech support etc. figuring out what was wrong with my phone service!
She even stayed well past close finishing up with me and another lady!! This girl deserves a raise!
She made what was a frustrating situation with my phone service not working much less of a headache and hassle. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable! Although there is a closer T-Mobile location by my house I will definitely be coming to this location from now on.

“I went to this location yesterday with my 81 year old father who is self-proclaimed technologically challenged. We wanted to switch our mobile plan from Xfinity mobile because we’ve had several issues. Hazel greeted us right away ready to help. Not only did she make my dad feel super comfortable and answered ALL his questions but she found a fair plan for us and updated phones without being pushy or trying to upsell us on extras. Very informative during the switching over process. The manager even came over when we were having issues from Xfinity switching our numbers over. Everyone was kind and helpful. They even told my dad to come back with any questions after I leave town. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!”

She got my phone working first then was able to FaceTime with both my son and husband to get them set up, too. She knows her job! She should get a raise! ?”

“I went to other place to fix my phone, and they just offer me a new phone, fortunately, the store staff was willing and able to help me with my phone, I have the talkback on including viruses in my phone and they fix it.”
“Phone had been broken for sometime and was expensive to repair in my area. I however visited down here and the repair was tremendously cheaper than which I was originally inquired. My phone was fixed and I haven't had any issues
with it since then. I definitely recommend this place for phone repairs.”
