The data transfer to my new iPad was seamless and I got good value for the trade in items. When I received my new iPhone, Frankie handled the transfer of data just as quickly as possible gave me lots of time to ask questions. “Lucy and Alex are very professional and courteous. They both greet you when you walk in. They are both very knowledgeable about the products and plans available. Lucy is a rockstar when it comes to setting up new devices and ensuring you understand all that you need in order to operate your new device. She can also multi task so no other customers are waiting. She asks if she can help them and is able to address their concerns even while transferring data from an old phone to a new one. I have been to several different Verizon stores in FL and NY, and this is by far the best quality service I have received. I would recommend this store to anyone who has or would like to have Verizon as their carrier.”
