Went with my aunt so she could switch her lines to Metro.The rep there said that I was required to buy accessories from them in order to transfer a line in. This is clearly allowed by the store management since it’s how they made extra cash by force selling accessories.We ended up walking out after such a blatant lie by the workers.

Went to the store today. The worker at the front desk named Elizabeth was not kind at all. I bought my wife a new samsung unlocked phone. She asked if we activated the sim card and I told her that we tried but it didn't work. She told us it's because it's not activated. I told her that it might need a new sim card because the old one might not be compatible. The same thing happened last time years ago and the gentleman there gave us a new sim card and wala, it worked. Elizabeth then told us that the wifi is down and there is nothing she can do about it. I asked if she tried resetting the network, she just basically ignore me and told me to go to the corporate office instead. She did not want to be helpful in any way. First I would add how can a store that depends on internet has issues like she stated it does, and why aren't they trained to restart the network? If she is lying, is because she basically didn't feel like working. Overall experience today was terrible. The gentleman years ago was very friendly and helpful. How about hiring more people like him who is knowledgeable and friendly.

First time visited this store to purchase a device with a new phone number. The associate helping was Paige and was not helpful at all. Not only she had an attitude the entire time while smoking her vape…just asking her valid questions about why my account couldn’t be opened she started talking down to me and rolling her eyes. Unwilling to help nor answer questions for a customer, clearly she was in a hurry to go home…she told me I had to wait for the owner then she ran away. Unacceptable customer service coming from this associate.

This company is terrible lately it has become the worst of all. You go to an office and they do not have a single employee to serve a line of more than 15 people waiting. I have a family plan with them for more than 7 years with more than 4 telephone lines that I am going to cancel and we will move to another company with better quality and customer service, also if you want to buy a latest model phone you have to pay in cash the same day, they do not consider that you are a client of years of they, terrible, thanks T Mobile I'm going with you these days.

I went into this store to buy a S21. The clerk rang it up for $699. I explained I'd seen several promotions around town. After several minutes of confusion he said yes in fact, if I leased the phone it would be $559 plus tax. When I got home and happened to glance at the receipt, $721.41 was rung up. I called the number on the receipt (which I later double checked on Google) but was told I had the wrong number by the gentleman who answered. I drove back across town to the store to be told the current clerk couldn't access any of yesterday's clerk's transactions bc it's through a 3rd party. He made a call and was advised to look up some business documents for the promotions which of course he couldn't locate. I was advised to come back to the store for a 3rd time to deal with the original clerk. Basically I have been ripped off $150, have a leased phone which I didn't want to do, and a store that deliberately is unhelpful.

They seem to be knowledgeable. The guy who waited on us was very friendly. We were the only customers in the store at that time. So, he had more time the explain different features and apps. They are now offering tv WiFi. $50 a month

Yesterday was January 10th and I had enough of spectrum mobiles rates and data over charges,I decided to go see if metro had any specials and not sure how this would turn out!( Feeling nervous about plan change and money) I walked in and waited a few mins the guy nick was super busy and helping people in front of me. When It was my turn, I said, Nick can you please help me ? He asked me what was going on and I explained everything to him. He was so patient and understanding ? I don't even think he took a break just started to help me select a phone and plan he showed me features and really knew his stuff! But the excitement he had explaining neat features perks and how they can fit my needs. I was so impressedSince the pandemic I have to do my insurance business from zoom and Google duo and wow he found just the phone for that, he also explained the hot spot would work with my plan that I need to run remote applications from my lap top I can connect to!Not to mention he had no idea what my family and were going through these last month and half has taken a financial toll and much stress! His whole demeanor was upbeat and relatable he made me laugh several times it took my mind off everything. I walked away with an awesome phone and turns out since I pay for hbo max he showed an upgrade plan how I can have hbo and amazon movies /prime for less and save money !!!!What just happened? I will tell you was Nick!If any manager or store owner can see the value in this man they would have him as a regional trainer to duplicate himself . Life is hard enough. But a transaction like this and a devine meeting can change one persona outlook and that is worth sharing the good news!!
