Unless you are starting a new account or paying a bill so not go to these people. Our accounts were due for an upgrade and I went in there with the intensions on spending 5 to 600 on a new phone for my fiance who needs it for work and the sales associate was literally so lazy all she could do was say we only have 2 phones available for a free upgrade. After that my fiance had to ask her to show us which phones because she didn't even want to walk from behind the counter. There was nobody in the store and I really can't believe how badly we were treated there.

The young man in there with braids is absolutely horrible!!! He was the rudest representative I've ever met I believe his name was Kedani. He talked about my appearance and was very unhelpful and rude. This man should not be the face of the company hes very unprofessional and needs to be fired.

Said they're supposed to be open, but they're not! Been waiting 30 minutes past the opening window but no one even showed up. Store has had problems keeping people around. Perhaps some managerial education is in order. A proper manager knows how to keep people around.

In this place, you will deal with people of the type that if you see them on the street, you will keep them away. We have been scammed in this place. I bought a very bad phone and I could not return it, and they did not tell me that it was not returnable before I bought it. I called the main office and in the end they will An amount is deducted from the monthly payment from the bill, after that is done, I will change to another company

This store is the best. I was having trouble with my phone and tablet. Michael fixed both. He is so knowledgeable about phones, I call him "the phone whisperer." He is nice and understanding. I will definitely use this store for all my tech needs!

My husband was told he could return the phone in 30 days and get his money back if there was something wrong or he didn’t like it. We tried to return the phone in 17 days from the purchase. We were treated as if we were liars. My husband while purchasing the phone helped the manager Gabriella with translating for Spanish customers. He even left a good review for her. We are currently looking for a way to take the review off. We will never come back to t mobile and tell others about our poor experience.

Stopped by your store today after reading some good reviews..was looking to up grade my 2 metro cells..got there around 12....door was open but not a person was around..must have waited 15 min..no one ever appeared so I left...not a good look...probably will go back to the 301 store..how many people actually work there presently...

Elizabeth is a witch! She was rude and told me to never come back. She charged me wrong. I was on auto pay. My card changed but you guys were taking money out of my account.
