My aunt went to transfer her line from a different company and they added “free” accessories and charged her for all of them.They never provided receipt of the sale transactions, likely to cover up the charges that they hid.Do not go to this store. They will lie and hide charges in order for employees to win a commission.

Beware, do not go to this store. They will lie about offering a "free" charger and will instead secretly charge you and not provide a receipt in order to win a commission. Ensure that you ask them for a receipt and go over all of the charges. Cables are NOT free, chargers are NOT free, cases are NOT free, nothing is free.

This company is terrible lately it has become the worst of all. You go to an office and they do not have a single employee to serve a line of more than 15 people waiting. I have a family plan with them for more than 7 years with more than 4 telephone lines that I am going to cancel and we will move to another company with better quality and customer service, also if you want to buy a latest model phone you have to pay in cash the same day, they do not consider that you are a client of years of they, terrible, thanks T Mobile I'm going with you these days.

As someone who's been a customer for over 10 years I have to say I'm extremely disappointed. Every since they went live with 5G or 5G UC my service is terrible and by that I mean my phone literally doesn't anymore work unless I'm connected to wi-fi. I never had any issues with my service prior to this 5G roll out a few months ago. I have 3 phone lines with Metro and all 3 are having the same issues. If I'm not connected to wi-fi none of my apps work properly, I can't make any face time calls without them dropping and my texts are taking forever to send if they even send at all. We've tried a network reset multiple times and we've restarted the phones multiple times. My personal phone is an Iphone 13 pro max. New enough that it shouldn't be having these issues. The problem started when they turned off the 4G LTE. Please fix this or I'll be forced to take my business elsewhere as I can no longer use my phone!!!

I have been going to this store for many years and it has improved with every year. I never like purchasing a phone but the personnel at this store make it a delightful and educational experience. The manager presently is Myra...and she is phenomenal.

Been with Metro since 2014 only thing I don't care for us how T-mobile does not recognize metro customers not even for a promotion however you'll receive promotional ads on your metro phone to switch to them . Really inappropriate business practices if you ask me to cut metro throat like that but I love metro and stay loyal thanks ?

I had awesome customer service! I tried doing everything thru metro on the phone to no avail. But I went into the store on Washington blvd and the lady that helped me was what customer service should be. I wish I knew her name. She gets a 10 star rating from me. I left with a new tablet and changed my phone # everything went perfect smooth and great personality! Thank you! Happy customer ?
