I have to say I love the Maserati brand. Even though they are well above what I can fund, they make a great goal vehicle. Maseratis are very elegant yet muscular in appearance. The sales staff at Maserati Sarasota are an excellent group of people. I spoke to two different salesmen and they were eloquent and answered my various questions patiently and with detail. Due to their conduct and explanations, I do plan on obtaining a Maserati from them when my time arrives. The showroom was impeccable as to be expected and to actually sit in a Ghibli and Quatroporte solidified my statements above. You people are fantastic there and keep up the excellent work.

My ongoing experience is nothing short of a nightmare. I took my 2018 Maserati Ghibli S to the Sarasota dealer for service and new tires. Once I received the car back, there was an error message of system failure of the tire pressure sensors. I brought the car back and was charged $400 to have a new sensor installed. I've been back six times with my car in the shop, totaling more than four weeks with no resolution. I had to initiate calls every time to learn status updates after days of silence.Additionally, I discovered new scratches that I had to bring back for touch-up (still less than perfect). The dealership says they can not look at my car for another two weeks because their last mechanic quit, and they have to train a new mechanic. To say my experience has been an inconvenience and frustrating would be an understatement!Update: My car has been at the dealer 8 times now and is still there for the same issue. I understand Mark in the service department is just as frustrated as I am, but they are still working towards a resolution. I was happy they provided me with an Alfa Romeo Guila, which is a fun car to drive while they sort everything out. Fingers crossed!!!

Car in service department for over two months. Poor communication from Mark the service manager. Picked the car up - had to go find it in the lot with no customer service. Had the front repaired and painted. Overspray on the hood.- Need to take it to another mechanic due to rattling from their repair. Certainly doesn’t represent the service we would expect.

A dream of a car buying experience for a dream of a car. Tony in sales is as passionate as he is knowledgeable about the Maserati / Alfa lines. He is supported by a finance, service and management team that has been at the dealership, and worked together, for many years. Their commitment to the dealership and the customer experience is apparent. Unlike the impersonal, high-pressure, buy-off-the-lot transactional experience I had at several high-end competitors, Tony took the time to learn exactly what I needed and wanted and made clear his willingness to find or build the car I wanted to buy, rather than the car he wanted to sell. Marcus in sales cleared every hurdle and got us to yes. Tony took time to deliver the car with knowledge, care and good wishes, and we left feeling like it was a mutual pleasure to have sold us such a marvelous car. Highly recommend.

I appreciate Mark and his willingness to accommodate my needs and time schedule. In addition, the pick up and return valet service make the service process much more convenient. Mark has excellent communication skills, along with the patience to explain information about my car to me.
