I was on this store in January with my coworker and at checkout I left my iPhone 15 on the counter because I was taking clothes of the hangers to help the cashier number 4. After I paid aroun 300 dollar I forgot my iPhone I went to my car put the shopping there and went back inside to get my iPhone was gone. I asked the cashier if she saw my phone she answered No I asked for a manager this was on a Saturday January 27 the manager told me that they can’t see the cameras that she would get back to me and never did I went back a week later and then she told me a needed a police order to check on the cameras . She never showed her face or apologized in person for the incident instead she spoke to other associates that handled the radio to me , I had the worded experience bc she told me “how come you haven’t call the police yet “ I never had an iPhone stolen before and I even told her look I don’t know how this things get handle . The store should be able to look at securities cameras that what they are there for and telling a customer that it is my responsibility to bring the police in is unacceptable, they have the evidence and the proof and refused to be helpful. If anyone cares about the respiration of this business should be a manager I understand the phone could be taken by another customer however not been helpful to find out what happened to my iPhone is very bad way to handle it , I was treated badly and I was ignored at first I stayed there and say I am not leaving without talking to a mane get she obviously never showed up . I don’t recommend this person to be reliable , even though it was just a phone the amount of information and sentimental value was the real painful part for me to loose, and some info I would never recover which as family pics etc , good luck lady manager I don’t remember your name no worthy for me but I have the receipt date and time I was in the store for the record is any one card

good selection, reasonable prices. Don't come here if you are in a hurry though.. 20 customers in line and 2 cashiers... They should never make people wait to give them money! ? Maybe consider self checkout...

Literally I was putting off this review for quite a while since this is the second time SAONY been rude, but today 2/12/2024 just did it. Ever since Covid retail stores just hire literally any stupid people that go and apply. ARIANNA (cashier) and SAONY E (coordinator) are examples of people that should not be working in customer service. SAONY is rude and nasty when she knows she is in the wrong. I been shopping at Marshall’s and tjmaxx for YEARS and she tried to give me a gift card for a return item I purchased CASH and saying merchandise credit is the same as gift cards. When she seen I knew what I was talking about she threw my receipt on the counter and didn’t hand it to me and ended up giving me my cash.
