Fuel pumps are nice, but the concrete is disgusting with gum and just dirty. The window washing fluid is all empty.

I used their bathroom yesterday and it was absolutely disgusting.They had plenty of staff so theres no excuse that it was in that condition.

Pay at pump often has no paper to provide consumer with receipt. Not very convenient to then have to lock vehicle, go into store, wait in line to obtain one. Such a waste of time. I've brought to clerks attention but it's always "sorry" but nothing changes. Not sure reason, is store trying to save money on their bottom line by not purchasing so much paper? Or employees not following through with job?
Also common to be out of paper towels and cleaner or dirty nasty water for cleaning windshields.
It just feels like company doesn't care. Last weeks visit out of paper AGAIN and rather give my business to Rogers on Bahia Vistia/Beneva. Though not perfect, they mostly have receipts available and always have fresh window cleaner and always have paper towels.

I saw one of your more feminine black males attacking a customer. He was on his phone texting with customers with line almost out the door. Canceled her order. Made her move lines. I have never seen an employee this disrespectful in my life

Aaron is the man and the other staff are always great to interact with. This is my go-to 24/7 gas station in the Bee Ridge/Cattlemen area as the Racetrack across from my neighborhood has inconsistent hours and consistent overturn of staff.

Very very rude chubby daytime cashier just a rude snotty disrespectful cashier do you not like him one bit as a matter of fact I am going to stop going to the marathon I'm going to have my husband stop going to that marathon along with anybody I can get to stop going there there is a gas station right across the street I would much rather pay one cent more per gallon and have to deal with somebody so disrespectful
