The toilet doesn't work. The staff is rude. I don't recommend it.

This is a Marathon Gas Station, which also has a Taco restaurant inside the facility. They are listed as closed when you try to look them up on the internet, yet I go there at least 3 times a week. The phone # does not work as well. I mention the taco stand because they have a heavy number of Latinos frequent them. Maybe restroom etiquette is not big with them, IDK, but denying good customers is wrong. This establishment on many occasions blocks off the restrooms to the public. This past week, all three times I went, bathroom unavailable. I drive rideshare, I fill up with gas, go inside, buy a fountain drink, chicken sandwich, maybe a few other things, but if I need to use the restroom I can't, they always say it is broken. Now I know the truth, nasty people abuse the bathroom and employees do not want to have to clean them. I get it, but I go between 5am-8am and the restrooms are closed, most times I go there right when they open, yet restrooms closed. Have a cleaning service for your establishment and require customers to need a key to enter. There should be a sign in the restroom showing employees are checking it every hour. Look I know it sucks, I did retail management for 30 years, but, good paying customers are being denied the use of the facilities, because of nasty ass people. Racetrack and Wawa, have stores in crapping areas, and many nasty people, but their restrooms are always available, and they get at least 2 times the number of customers. I go there again, and the bathrooms are closed, I am calling the Health Department.

Conveniently located place, however, I’ve never heard of a gas station that stops selling gas at 9 pm… aren’t they all open 24/7(?) Was very bizarre.I was attempting to fill up at 5 minutes to 9 pm, got 17 cents worth before the pumps shut off. Tried to go inside to see what was wrong with the pumps and the clerks just yelled to me from within that they were closed.Again, very bizarre. Plan accordingly, I guess.

Teller was very unfriendly and overcharged for fountain soda that tasted bad. I told the clerk and he said too late you already bought. I said its not worth the argument then he charged me extra just to be troublesome. Don't go here or you'll get the screws.

I'm only giving this a 3 because it would mislead socially inept individuals such as those giving the place 1 star reviews.This "convenience" store is in a location where the people that CONSISTENTLY shop there, don't go for gas prices and using a 5 star restroom. And also in regards to the restroom, the majority of individuals asking to use it are trying to steal or do other unsavory things.In conclusion, consider your surroundings when going into ANY business, expect said establishment to represent that. It likely is tailored to the customers that frequent it. Any business with bulletproof glass securing the person helping customers, is probably not where you go to expect 5 star customer service.

Beware! the automatic off when your tank is full does NOT work. Staff is very rude. Would never recommend. Save yourself money and a headache, go elsewhere!

This place is soo bad!!! They are over pricing items like crazy!!! They want 4 dollars for one water!! They are literally screwing people soo bad! Do not go here! And the owner is sooo rude and disrespectful! Do not spend your money here! Also will be reporting them to the city they are breaking many codes!!

I demise spending $65 on gas, and not being able to use the restroom...I am starting to call out these places....please if it is a cultural thing, just say that.But please, post it publicly OUTSIDE, so I can stop giving you my money.....I hate to be rude...so until this starts I will be walking inside stores FIRST, and will be noting them publicly...**One day, I stopped at 3 stores in a row unable to use the restroom...this has to stop!**
