I had a bad customer service experience probably a year ago and just didn't go into Mac again, but today I gave it another shot and I'm so glad I did. Frank was very knowledgeable of the products. Listened to my concerns and what I was looking for. Very warm and friendly, and made it a fun. Definitely earned a customer back!

I had a great experience there on Sunday 6/23/24. Rushing to an event I stopped in for some makeup help. One of the staff, I believe her name was Jen, was gracious enough to squeeze me in. Jen was able to get me started and help other guests as they walked in. I really appreciated her help.
Next time I’ll make an appointment but appreciated the service I received. I will be back.

Absolutely best experience in a store I've ever had! The patience and professionalism was the best ?. Lina took her own time to do my makeup and I've finally found the right match. She is amazing and so are Jen and Frank who also helped me out with patience and professionalism. I love this Mac store an products are great!! Lina went Above and Beyond ?

I shopped here on Monday and their makeup artist Lina singlehandedly ended my $150+ journey of buying the wrong shade of foundations. The staff at Mac are trained to color match your skin tone so I was really grateful for the service that I got here. She also let me know what shade of concealer, powder, and bronzer I should get. At first, I was skeptical because the foundation looked a little too light in the mirror but she reassured me that the lights make it look like that and proceeded to show me what it actually looks like in natural lighting. She also educated me on how to apply makeup based on my skin type. I should have gone in here in the first place! I highly recommend going here because the product and staff are both outstanding, and it's a good place to start buying your makeup from if you don't know your shade yet.

I had a last minute photo shoot and needed makeup help. I phoned and manager David asked me to meet him when store opened. He did my face camera ready. I got so many compliments! He also told me what he was doing and why, and educated me on skin care as well. I left with a beautiful face, a smile, and a ton of new products that he never pushed on me but I just obviously needed after seeing the difference that MAC made on my look. Great man, great experience, great products

I called and made an appointment to have my makeup done for an event I have tonight. I was asked what I wanted, I let them know that I don’t ever do my makeup and bad at doing my makeup myself so that’s the reason for my appointment today. I asked for a Smokey eye and some lip color. This is what I received. A black cat eye? I can honestly say I could have done my makeup better myself. It was closing time by the time she was done and couldn’t ask for a real-do. I also told her I was making purchase for her to get commission. I am very underwhelmed to say the least. I always buy my makeup from Mac but I’ll never be back to get any makeup done again. I have to figure out how to fix this now.
