i went in a few days ago to get a pair of shorts hemmed. the person i spoke was wonderful, did everything in a timely manner, and made sure i knew exactly how long it would take for me to get my things back. while he was filling out the tag for that, i asked him some questions about inventory and he was happy to help. another associate also led me right to the section i needed to be in, and i ended up buying a second pair of shorts. everyone was so kind and helpful, truly the best customer service i’ve seen in a while. i love this location!

So bring a return in after Christmas with receipt to make exchange. Clerk decides to issue gift card vs credit our credit and for some reason. I might add at the time we thought this could be an issue in the future. Received new item it doesn’t work and now tuff luck to you because it was purchased on a gift card. It was the store employee who did the exchange this way when we had receipt in hand. Store manager says nothing they can do and says it’s our fault we allowed employee to issue gift card. WOW just wow! Stay the heck away from this store! How do stores stay in business with customer service like this? Store put this return on gift card to scam us when it should have been credited back to our credit card in the first place! Be alert people! Store is SCAMMING CUSTOMERS!!

I was just in the store, it was crazy busy due to the holidays but Vince was the man, I was looking for another pair of ABC’s that I was wearing, he took one look at them and instantly knew what make and size I was looking for, he ran to the back looking for them but alas out of stock, instead he helped me order them online. He was extremely helpful and friendly during all the chaos. Thanks Vince.

Was in the store today with my special needs son. Brooke was amazing and so helpful. As I read some of the other reviews for this store it just reminds me we live in an age where everyone thinks there so important. This place gives great customer service. A lot of you that are consumers are use to having your whole world handed to you. I challenge anyone to do what these employees do and deal with the arrogance and pompous disposition of most people that come into this store. Online is handled by someone else. You can’t give a credit to a card with out it being present. Be kind people

Lululemon partners with a shipping partner who loses my order. Then they don’t even have the decency to fulfill my order even though they state it is in stock. They told me I have to go reorder it on my own. Walmart can at least get their shipping straight and has better customer service. Can’t believe for such a “high end” shop this is how they handle things. This will be the last time I buy from lulu, I’ll Go back to Victoria secret and fabletics and other brands who don’t screw up orders. Let me also add this is the second time this has happened to me from lulu. What a pathetic shop and way overpriced for the service you provide.

Went in today, 8/23/23 at 11:30am, and the female manager was clearly in a bad mood and should not be in a public/ customer service role, especially not leadership. The new employee was great but she made me decide not to purchase from there and to just go online.Updating- went by the store today, 9-14-23, to take another look at a couple pieces of clothing in person and everyone was great. The manager that was there last time I went to the store was not here and the mood was completely different. So I may go back and purchase from them in the future. Never hurts to give a business a second chance. Sometimes one bad employee can ruin the experience for everybody.

They are a little long on me but they are super comfortable and lightweight, these are soft and very easy to move in, the best leggings I have felt totally worth the money.

It would cost over 200 dollars for a tank top, 3/4 length leggings, and shorts. And the kicker is it all felt scratchy except the shirt. If you're conscious of money decisions pick elsewhere or buy from their suppliers.

This location is soooo great. I love the staff, the location is super convenient and usually well stocked. For a smaller store they never disappoint!!!
