The parking is a joke people with box trucks fixing the trucks on side leaving them overnight ac companies leave about 10 work cars all this happens when there's signs that say no overnight parking

Bad customer service in the appliance section. Didn’t have the size I needed for air filter as well. No one to help was walking around forever. Went to Home Depot they had the size I needed and the appliance guy even tho he had a customer he saw I had a refrigerator filter in my hand and saw to his customer “ excuse me hey sir just down that hall to the right “ I said THANK YOU. Lowe’s? Guy stared at me while he was with his customers that were buying an appliance. I don’t expect anyone to stop serving someone to assist me. But a “ hey I’ll be with you shortly “ would be nice. Can turn into a “ hey no worries just tell me where this is and I’ll get out of your hair “ would be nice

You can’t ever get a lumber cart because there loaded with store merchandise it makes it really hard for shoppers to buy what they need, and one item that I was interested in was $40 I found the very same item at Walmart 2 for $19

i was there looking for custom kitchen cabinets. i tried for 40 minutes to get someone to just answer a very few brief questions so i could give my contractor the go ahead to order them …. Apparently there is only ONE PERSON THAT CAN ANSWER QUESTIONS…. and she was busy with just one customer and wouldn’t even recognize my existence. I asked a few other people that worked there near the cabinets and they said that was her job. so I started asking the other people in the store where the pre-painted shiplap was that they had been advertising, no one knew. It’s like they were all hired that day and put on the floor with no training . This was a totally wasted trip. I’ll find some other retailer that sells the cabinets I want.

I'm always disappointed in this location. Today, assistant manager Jeff took things too far. He actually argued with me rather than honoring the $20 price tag shown in the first pic. He wanted me to accept that i needed to get on my belly on the floor and stick my head behind the display they put in front of the "real price" as shown in my other pics. He tried to talk down to me for not knowing the difference between the two types and I told him I was just looking for the cheapest one. He continued to act as though it was my fault, even after I pointed out how deceiving his display was. This all happened about 20 minutes after I started looking for someone to cut my wood in the first place. I had to have someone paged twice before I could get help. Then I had to argue with a cashier before I had to argue with a "manager". He told me there was no one else in charge that I could speak with. He refused to cut the appropriate piece of lumber for me. If I was on the clock for this half hour fiasco I would be expecting reimbursement.

This Lowe's has been the go-to spot for the projects my husband and I have tackled since purchasing our home. The staff are always helpful and friendly.
We have had an especially positive experience with Kent in the paint department, who offered helpful insights into our project from materials to technique and made us feel much more confident on the upcoming job.

Beware that Lowe's does not deliver, they out-source deliveries. It is deceitful for Lowe's to represent that they deliver and even give false tracking information when they actually gave your products to a third party the night before and have no idea where it is now. Lowe's does not care and that is apparent when you try to contact them and find out why a delivery was not made.

This store has horrible customer service. Took 4 trips to get what I needed. All times I visited, NO ONE offered help. At one point, 8 employees standing around front desk and not 1 could offer help to a disabled woman: I said something to all of them. That’s when they offered and I declined at that point. They HATE answering phones. I just called for Appliances, front desk Receptionist “Tina” said, “I can’t take a message for Appliances because I’m not allowed to leave my post.” I further clarify, “so you’re unable and unwilling to hand write a message and give to them later?” She replied, “Yes. You’ll have to call tomorrow.” Inexcusable. Laziness. Bad customer service all the way around!
