BEWARE!!! (THIS HAPPENED MARCH-MAY 2023)GASOLINE ALLEY IS NOT RESPONDING TO CUSTOMER CALLS OR LETTERS. I was a repeat customer who had taken my car to this place before with no issue.I took my vehicle in for a small repair on 3/17/23. The mechanic concluded I needed four repairs, which cost a sizable amount of money. He convinced me that the repairs were needed and we agreed to get the work done. 30 days and 170 miles later, on 4/17/23, the vehicle was completely dead and inoperable in my driveway, the engine making a horrible clunk when trying to turn over. Note, I have never not had this vehicle start in my 12 years of owning it. It has been my most reliable daily driver for over ten years, and have always kept up on regular tuneups and oil changes, etc. Now the car is completely dead, and I fear the engine may be severely damaged.I don't know if Gasoline Alley is still in business or not, but over the last 15 days, I've called probably 25 times, stopped by the shop multiple times, and even wrote a letter to Ryan, all with zero response. I somehow got a hold of a previous owner or somebody formerly connected to the business and he all he told me was "uhhh I don't think they're in this week". Pretty devastating that I lost both my vehicle AND thousands of dollars, and no one will contact me about it. Extremely over priced.Brought 2 tires to get mounted and balanced which came out to 60$, plus 20$ for 2 valve stems and then an 8$ charge for using a debit card. $88 total what a joke

These guys are upfront, responsive and hardworking. We had an unusual AC situation which is still unresolved but not due to their ineptness in any way. Ryan or Phil updated me consistently, and spent more labor time than the actual cost of labor. We did have one broken part replaced. I trust them and will use them for future issues. Thank you guys for your honesty. That's all a customer hopes for: honesty and fair.

Went there with my brand new 2021 f-250 truck to get an estimate on installing a winch that I would supply for the front of my truck. One guy told me $1000 and to bring it in next day and it would be totally complete, so next day I brought my truck in and rented a vehicle to go home, only to learn later that day they called me to tell me the new price and the guy who gave me that price had been fired. At this point the new price was $1800.00 to make a plate and install the winch in the bumper and would be done the next day so the next day I go in, return the vehicle only to learn they are short on help and they want to put more people on it as i was told for another 1000 and would finish it by 5pm well 9 pm rolls around and they didn't make the plate and and it was not finished they told me to come back another day because they had to go to a show and when they get back they will hook me up well when they got back they wanted another 1400 to make and complete the job at this point I took it to another shop only to learn that they installed it backwards so the new shop fixed it all up and done. I will be taking these people to court with lawyers and it will be a slow process but we will watch and see who will win on this one and maybe even get them for fraud you never know what powerful lawyers can do now a days so "DON'T SHOP HERE THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!" Gasoline Alley had also scratched and dented my bumper the cost to fix that was $2000 they had to paint the whole bumper im into this with Gasoline Alley at $4800.00 and they have done nothing a complete failure. Will sue also for lawyer fees this can be a big case for them. Remember I am the customer!!!!!

I had to get a wheel alignment for my scion. They got me in right at my appointment time and got it done in less than 30 minutes. Car rides excellent.

These guys are great! One of my friends recommended them and I'm so happy they did! We were able to take our family van in and get it fixed right up! They were very quick and good in communicating what the problem was and were sure to let us know of any issues they found before they started on them. We could not be happier! And my wife really loves the people down there which is a huge plus! Thank you guys again! We would highly recommend them for anything you may need.

Absolutely terrible service, said one price then changed it twice after wheels were already mounted, took them 5 hrs to do 4 tires when no other clients were there. Laid rims directly on concrete face down no protection
