You will not find a better craftsman and honest and undeniably the best price in sizing rings, fixing watches and designing jewelry. I'm out of the Washington DC area and was hesitant to use this small establishment which was highly recommended. After my first ring I had sized I took a whole bunch in and left them. They add new batteries to both my watches on the spot at half the price of up north. If John doesn't have the item of jewelry you are coveting he will find it and stay within your price point.

John and Lisa are amazing! People complaining about their hours must be mall jewelry shoppers, not a private, local, family-owned business like Koen Fine Jewelers! Their prices are fantastic and they stand by all of their work! My wife knocked out her center Diamond on her ring, John made a custom mount and it will never come out again! Thanks guys for being the best hometown Jeweler!

I had a ring repaired at this business and they were quick and reasonable. Very pleasant family owned business. Also, they are not responsible for the parking lot. The lot belongs to the strip mall owner.

Ugh. They asked icky personal questions completely unrelated to jewelry, and got annoyed when I politely sidestepped answering. Then they made numerous unnecessary & irrelevant negative comments while I was asking to have a piece of jewelry repaired. Just a gross, icky experience overall. They made no mention of the fact they're only open 9:30-3 Tuesday through Friday - not open at all on the weekends. This meant I had to take off work to go pick up my repair. How are they not open on weekends at all? After I received a message to pick up my repair, I arrived with my ticket. They loudly announced they couldn't find it, tried to tell me they never called to say it was ready (I offered to play back their VM), and they kept me terrified for several minutes when they went through the drama of acting like my jewelry was missing. The lady acted like it wasn't a big deal that they couldn't find my grandma's bracelet, not acknowledging at all how heartbreaking it would be for me if it were lost. Yikes. Totally unnecessary and unprofessional.

Brought in my wife's ring (from Zales) to be repaired because the stone popped off of the setting. They did an excellent job and at a great price. Super fast and friendly service. 5 stars all around!
