I went in with my daughter last week while Christmas shopping. The employees were so nice and friendly! They even helped me purchase something my daughter liked without her seeing anything. And I love the wrapping and gift bag. Saves me so much time!

Tuesday night I had the best experience I have ever had in a jewelry store. The two women working made my entire family feel welcomed while I shopped for my birthday gift. I can never thank them enough for their kindness. These women deserve allll the raises! Thank you!!! (Side note- the jewelry was beautiful like always)

Overbearing hyper people who implement rules that were never exercised until today. Proof of ID has to bring a birth certificate in for a child to get their yearly discount of 30% off? Scam. You can get a real gold one that looks like it from Sam's club for $100

The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. They gift wrapped everything for free in their signature lovely yellow boxes with beautiful white bows. Even though it was close to Christmas and the store was very busy, it remained organized and the patrons were nicely patient.

My experience at the Kendra Scott location at UTC was absolutely incredible! I attended a pop-up event and was celebrating a significant milestone - 25 years cancer free, proudly wearing my crown. Katelynn the Assistant Store Manager makes this store my favorite place on earth! I’m a huge Kendra Scott fan and I have spent $$$$$$$$ at this store mainly because Katelynn makes it such a pleasurable experience. I’ve been meaning to sing her praises for a while now. She always accommodates my girls and I when we want to host a color bar party. We have done 4-5 now! I always feel like a VIP when I walk into this store by everyone. Katelynn goes above and beyond her job to make my experience welcoming every time I come in! I’ll never forget one day I walked in crying and she instantly comforted me and I told her I wanted to feel like me again and needed new jewelry and she acted as my personal shopper liaison (as she for sure knows my style by now) and took me from a low point in my life to just a happy memory that I will cherish forever! This store would be amazing under her leadership and I will brag about her work ethic, accommodating customer service, and general kindness until the top CEO’s here about her! Thank you Katelynn for all you do! Thank you Kendra Scott stores for being my happy place!

What wonderful customer service at this location! We do like to shop Kendra Scott jewelry and my wife owns several earrings and necklaces. Whenever we stop by this location, we are greeted warmly and are provided excellent customer service. The staff are all friendly and helpful, and give great recommendations. We highly recommend this location!

This is our first trip to Kendra Scott, Katelynn helped us customize our necklaces. She was so sweet, patient, knowledgeable and she spoiled us during the entire time we were at the store. Such cool necklaces we ended up with!
