I wish I could give them 10 stars! This is the best shop in Sarasota and probably all of Florida. My fiancé and I went to their shop to pick out our wedding bands and I brought my engagement ring back to be polished. Let me tell you their customer service is unmatched! They are kind, honest, and reliable which is so hard to find now a days. They weren’t pushy with us making a choice that day and even encouraged us to look at other shops. I love that they took the time to go through multiple ring options and were patient. When I went to pick up my engagement ring my jaw literally fell to the floor with how stunning it looked. It looked even better than the day I got it. It’s so hard to find shops with ethics and great customer service. They really made the experience amazing for us! I will be going back for all future jewelry purchases. I highly recommend! Thank you guys for really making the experience special.
