I'm not one for leaving a lot of reviews however I feel overwhelming need to acknowledge and shine some light on John Stone supply. With exceptional customer service from the front end team to speedy and accurate order picking from The servicemen in the back the team members of John Stone supply went above and beyond.not sure I can't even count the myriad ways they were warm and accommodating. This was first time I had visited John stone supply and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only were they a knowledgeable and helpful team but also seem to have fun and enjoy their job. Some may not think it's an important part of a work environment I considerate to be a good thing. I feel it made for much more exciting and fulfilling experience. To the front end I have to say thank you very much for the water,popcorn and the freezy pops. Can't tell you what they did for my day. To the order pickers in the back thank you for such quick,efficient and Delightful experience. In summary I would like to just say to the team leaders and managers of John Stone supply that you picked an exemplary team. So in fact you deserves some credit as well. Thank you somuch for such a delightful experience.

Had a customer walkin cooler go down in Cape Coral on 07/05/21. Called the number listed, no after hours call number in the message. Called another branch mgr to see if he could help. He provided us with a number, called it, just a voice-mail from some D'Angelo. This is a refrigeration supply house that doesn't have their act together. Don't count on them after hours, call someone else. If they're not there for their contractors after hours, don't call them during business hours.

I wanted to report a reckless driving by one of your track drivers on rt 75 in the Sarasota area.I almost drilled into your truck on high way while he suddenly maneuvered to pass a car without a show of left light acting like he was in a small sports car. He or she endangered my family, we were traumatized all day. I’m glad no one slammed into us while I went on breaks.FYI.
