Great first experience with the team at Jesse’s. Told me my Mini Cooper would be done Wednesday. Then said they were waiting on a part from BMW and that it might not be done on time. They said that if not they would give me a rental. They gave me a rental on Tuesday “ just in case”.
My car was done on time anyway.
Great job guys. I will be back.

Nothing but a great experience. The whole way through, great customer service, professionalism, making you feel like family at Jess’s garage. Nick took great care of me as I had an issue due to bad fuel at a gas station and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of efficiently & promptly. Very convenient offering an Uber if you have to go to work or need a ride back home. Feels great to have found a shop that feels like home. Also just a well rounded team all around with all the guys. Keep up the great work. Don’t look any further this is the place to go.

Jesse garage is a very professional business. The staff is knowledgeable about car maintenance and repairs. They communicate the status and outcome in a way you can understand and feel informed. They are pleasant and honest.

I was referred to Jesse’s car service center at 2400 12th St, Sarasota, FL 34237 by a good friend who owned numerous foreign cars including Porsche, Mercedes, Aston Martin, etc. I called Jesse’s and explained my 2014 VW TDI needed work done. They asked all the necessary questions with amazing politeness and courtesy as if I was calling about my Rolls Royce (which I don’t really own). Once the car was checked out as promised I received a complete diagnostic report of the car including the problem area. In light of the age of the car and work involved I decided not to move forward with the repair. During this discussion and review of my options I worked with Luke who discussed all the detail. I was blown away by the continued courtesy they showed me during the process and even after I decided to not move forward. This is one auto shop I will go out of my way to have my cars checked and serviced moving forward. Thank You Luke & Mike for a great customer experience.

My experience with Jesse’s garage went great! I have a new Alfa Romeo and unfortunately the dealership in the area closed. I was happy to see there were places that could perform service on my car. Nick responded quickly to my service request and was very helpful. The business provides a complimentary Uber to take you where you need to go while your car is being serviced and then back to get your car. They even took my car next door to a body shop to get a quote on some rear damage. I will definitely be returning to Jesse’s garage.

I brought my Mercedes to them to be fixed and they did a “full inspection “ and they diagnosed my vehicle wrong and did not fix it. I came to pick my car up and I checked under the hood and I told them that something didn’t look right and parts were missing. Jesse’s garage told me that this was how my car was and that they put everything back. I took my car to another mechanic and they told me it was just a clipped wire that needed to be replaced. The mechanic showed me where Jesse’s garage left the computer system cover off of my car and left a few other pieces off of my car that if were to be damaged , it would have cost me thousands. I went back to Jesse’s garage to have them check their garage and they found all of my parts that the other mechanic pointed out… then they tried to tape together a part that they broke… worst service ever.

We recently moved to the area when my daughters Mini Cooper broke down on a Sunday in Sarasota. We got it over to Jesse's that day left a note in the key drop box. That Monday Nick gave me a call and they got it fixed within a couple days. They are professional with excellent customer service. I highly recommend Jesse's Garage. FYI Nick is outstanding!
