Got my baby back today. For those who don't know me, my wife, and my youngest daughter were in a accident 2 days before my birthday. The 4 car accident happened as we were at a stop lights on our way to the beach. The accident happened 3 lanes from us but 1 car spun out and rolled toward us and into us. Normally we don't take the truck on outings like this but thankfully we did on this day. If we were in any other car the outcome would have been different in so many ways. My taller truck and the front cattle Gard saved us from a lot of different potential outcomes. I want to thank and give a shout out to Jackson's Auto Body. They did an amazing job fixing the truck. The stayed in communication with us through the process. Even if they didn't pick up the phone I got a call back in less then an hour. Very polite and understanding. Feeling thankful to have my truck back and my family safe and unharmed. Will definitely be recommending Jackson's Auto Body to all my friends and Family.

My insurance company recommended Jackson's Auto Body. I was impressed by their integrity, work ethic, and the end result. Since the damage was minor, Tom suggested ways I could save money. He also made sure to have my car completed by the end of my business trip so I did not have to secure a rental. My VW Passat looks brand new and I am very pleased.

I went in this morning for an estimate. I had gone off a curb and it popped my fender out. It was sticking out about 1/2 inch. He came out to look at it, hit it with the palm of his hand and it popped back in. Nissan collision estimated $1114 and 4 days. I’m thrilled.Service: Body & Trim

It was originally at Crash Champions. But they hadn’t updated my rep on repairs, so it just sat there for a week. When it got to this place; constant updates, discussions about back ordered parts, and always was transparent about what they ‘Can Do’. About a month later my car seems to be brand new.
