Michele is an ABSOLUTE SAINT … and a super sharp accountant to boot!! I spent most of the day in her office as she sorted through my past three years of tax returns. I am “the worst” at all things filing, forms, money, and dates… but Michele was patient and didn’t smack me even once although she might have wanted to!! Haha:)But seriously she was so patient, made my day a lot easier, and getting my taxes sorted out took a huge weight off of me!This was my second time using Jackson Hewitt tax services and I will never go back to trying to file returns myself. The refunds I will get were more than I would’ve gotten if I had filed myself, and more than paid for the fee. Some things in life are worth paying a professional to do!!!Thank you Michele and Jackson Hewitt ?

We’ve been going to Jackson Hewett for many years , both with our personal as well as our business tax returns… I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. The staff is wonderful, especially Michele Johnson at the Beneva Rd, Sarasota office’. Doing taxes can be very tedious and stressful, their professional and personable team makes you feel comfortable your in good hands. I highly recommend them!

I was not told that I was being charged a $50 check fee for them just to mail me my return check if I knew of that fee I would have just had them direct deposited it for no cost I don't understand it took $0.48 to mail the check and they charged me $48 to do it on top of the $89 preparation I knew of that fee and I was expecting that to be taken from my return but not the additional $48 check fee that I was not informed I would be responsible for paying and that they just deduct it it straight from my check more or less stole the money with their fee preparation and check it's nearly 40% of my returned and my returns a 1040EZ with the prepared literally took 10 minutes prepared
