I have an invicta watch, I purchased the band online , I took the band and the watch to invicta and they told me WE DI NOT REPLACE BANDS, with an attitude.
So, I gave an invicta brand and and invicta replacement part and invicta cannot replace it? Well, I guess this is it between me and INVICTA.
No wonder some stores are closing down.
Too bad I cannot rate them

I stopped in the other day because I had an issue with my watch. The manager on-site was extremely helpful and resolved my issue quickly. He went above above and beyond to help me and I'm very pleased with the service he provided! I highly recommend this store

I can understand why i see so many of these watches going for cheap on facebook marketplace. I buy this watch because you claim it has insurance worth the value of the insurance and of the watch, you tell me my credit is over $200 but than when i pick a replacement you tell me its only $90, and than i pay the insurance again, plus the watch. And no option to fix the broken watch, which they claimed was durable, but cracked and lost a hand when simply dropped, absolute waste of time and waste of money, just thought it would nice to have a decent watch, something that would last a while, not something that would break in 3 months and than given false hope just for taken away last second, whats new in my life, thanks for making me ashamed of buying your watches.

Finally made it by the invicta store in Sarasota and YESSSS!! I love invicta watches and they have a huge selection of them and very reasonable prices!! Also for you invicta watch collectors.. they have the pelican cases with settings for 2,4,6,8,15, and 24 watches!! And the specials are great!! Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable! I will be back for sure!!
