This is my first visit to this store. I am very picky, but a girl named Valeria coped! Patiently and with a smile, she brought me different models and sizes of bras and panties to the fitting room. She explained to me all the promotional offers, helped me create an account, in general, she spent a little more than an hour with me. In the end, I bought 3 bras and 6 panties. Valeria, thank you for your patience ?! Good job! ?

Worst sales person I have ever encountered. Time to let her go an I'll come back. Worst customer service ever, just listen to what I ask for, don't try to sell me the wrong size in a color I don't want. Horrible shopping experience, I won't be back or recommend. Very Sad.

These garments aren't real silk, they are overpriced polyester. If you want real silk, buy items labeled mulberry silk grade 6A. Please don't support companies using deception and selling you junk.

Buyer Beware......Purchased several items before Christmas, went in to return products and get a refund and they said that their credit card machine was broke, they were getting a new one the next day. It has been 4 days, I called today to make sure I could get the refund processed and they said their machine is still broke. I'm sure they are processing sales just fine. When it comes to returning product, they will not do it!!! I asked for a cash refund if they couldn't process the cc and they said No. I have a strong feeling this store may not be there much longer and maybe that is why they are refusing to return items.

My wife and I enjoyed wandering in and exploring. Beautiful selection of lingerie in stock and with plenty of sizes. Found some items not offered online and there were various items on sale, too.

I do not usually leave any feedback, but my experience in this store wasn't the best.The store is nice, however the stuff is very inattentive and SLOW.There were 2 sales associates and 1 customer when i walked in.After waiting for 15 min to make a purchase i finally left without making any purchase .
