“I was at this location a few days ago and everyone who worked there was extremely helpful and caring! I had such a good experience and Sara was a rockstar! She did not skip a beat with troubleshooting and making calls to tech support etc. figuring out what was wrong with my phone service!
She even stayed well past close finishing up with me and another lady!! This girl deserves a raise!
She made what was a frustrating situation with my phone service not working much less of a headache and hassle. You can tell she’s very knowledgeable! Although there is a closer T-Mobile location by my house I will definitely be coming to this location from now on.

“I went to this location yesterday with my 81 year old father who is self-proclaimed technologically challenged. We wanted to switch our mobile plan from Xfinity mobile because we’ve had several issues. Hazel greeted us right away ready to help. Not only did she make my dad feel super comfortable and answered ALL his questions but she found a fair plan for us and updated phones without being pushy or trying to upsell us on extras. Very informative during the switching over process. The manager even came over when we were having issues from Xfinity switching our numbers over. Everyone was kind and helpful. They even told my dad to come back with any questions after I leave town. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!”
“I walked into the store hoping someone could help me install a screen protector on my new Samsung tablet. Out comes Andrea to the rescue and she did a remarkable job with a perfect install. The peeps at this T-Mobile store are friendly, very knowledgeable and are a pleasure to deal with. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

“Tonia and the staff are so friendly and knowledgeable! I signed up for service by calling t-mobile. Once I ported our phone numbers over from Xfinity we all lost our service and our phones all said sos in the top right corner. I went into the store and Tonia was amazing. She got my phone working first then was able to FaceTime with both my son and husband to get them set up, too. She knows her job! She should get a raise! ?”
