Simple coffee stains not even attempted was told " we just dust interior we fo not clean" I was also told my car was ready when infact the third row was not even vacumed.
This used to be a good business unfortunately it no longer is

Poor wash quality, poor service from attendents. Vacuums don't work well. Not stocked up on rags.

I purchased a full service + and wasn't very satisfied with the cleaning inside. the Rock still had some crumbs, and the interior wasn't wiped well. there was a lot of dust still left behind the wheel. I would not recommend full service. if you can you can do a better job yourself.

Terrible experience and damaged car! Car wash damaged bumper of our new car. To make things worse, manager blamed our new car as being defective and “their car wash damages all expeditions and navigators in this same area.” Manager was rude, disrespectful and even made racial remarks. Car wash user beware if you have a new car that is one of these models. I contacted the ownership, Morgan auto group via email three times and left two voicemails and two weeks later not even the courtesy of a response. I delayed writing a review hoping they would contact me given we have been an annual customer since they have opened. Seems like the manager and ownership could care less.

Pretty disappointed with the full service. My husband took the car to get cleaned before we left to head back home. It took AN HOUR for the car to get vacuumed out and I'm not even sure what they did. Everything is still dirty.

No one answers the phone.
No one replies to emails.
There’s no way to cancel online even though it says you can.
I left town and wasn’t able to go in person to cancel and now I continue to be charged months later.
What a scam!!

Did a great job with full service wash! Nice staff and a good clean. Also has free vacuums if you’re looking to do a quick vacuum.

I paid for full service
The inside was fairly clean but they didn't seem to try at all on the outside of my vehicle.
I had to come home and wipe my car down myself.
I had some bugs that may have been difficult but there was something gray all over my car that wasn't on there when I took my car in. It seemed like they wiped my car with dirty rags. Fortunately it wiped right off. But I'm the one that had to do it.
I'm over this place.
Service has been declining last 2 years.
