“I can only guess that at least SOME of these bad reviews are from a rival Payroll company. My name is Chris and I own Race Ready Auto Repair in Port Charlotte and we have used Paychex for 12 years. I randomly noticed the low ratings and read some reviews and felt obligated to step in and share a positive experience. We use them for Payroll, workmans comp and 401k. We have never had any issues or a bad thing to say about Paychex. Our Payroll is always on time, we get our year end tax info before the required deadlines, always get someone on the phone within a few minutes if not immediately when we call, friendly staff, fair pricing for services. Had I not been dealing with this company for 12 years and saw these reviews, I would be inclined to look elsewhere. However, since I truly have had nothing but an outstanding experience and even turn down other companies when approached for Payroll without even hearing their sales pitch, I believe there is something up here. I have no doubt that some of these reviews are legit but considering the overwhelming amount of poor reviews, I do believe that some of these are fabricated to intentionally harm Paychex reputation. Not cool. PAYCHEX TEAM : KEEP DOING WHAT YOU DO WITH A BIG THANKS FROM RACE READY !!! PS, to the reviewers complaining about their passwords not working, that is your own fault and if there was an issue, it would be for the software developers and not the quality of your Payroll services.
