Seems like nice clothes, and at first I was greeted by Shelby in a pleasant manner. But once her regular customer came in, I was completely ignored while she pulled article of clothing after article of clothing off the rack for this woman, setting her up in her own dressing room. And never said another word to me. What am I chopped liver? So I never had the chance to be a regular sadly because first impressions are lasting.

The staff was beyond friendly and I found the perfect outfits for my girlfriend that she has been talking about from their Facebook page. I highly recommend going her for the perfect women gifts and clothing!!

Unfortunately the customer service I have experienced with the owner directly has not been great or dealt with in the best way. I placed an order online to ship to Canada. A few days later she told me the international shipping actually isn’t running and she can’t ship to me like she thought. She mentioned she will have to do a refund even though I asked to just hang onto my funds for when it is able to ship but that wasn’t an option. Because of her now sudden refund, I lost money due to the exchange rate being different from when I placed the order vs when I got the refund. I tried to still give them business by asking for at least a coupon code then, to make up for the money I lost, when I can repurchase and shipping does work to Canada. That was rejected and her option was Vemno which isn’t available to Canadians either. How convenient. Lost money, and no item.

I absolutely LOVE shopping at Influence. They are my go-to for the trending denim and when I need a good wardrobe update. All the girls that work there are so helpful and make sure I am styled head to toe. They get new clothes in all the time and I shop their Instagram account when I can’t make it in the store. This store is a gem!

My St. Armands Circle stroll is not complete until I stop into Influence! I usually want to buy everything in the store. They have a great selection of denim, dresses, swimwear, and accessories. Their Instagram is also a great way to see what they are getting in the store! Oh and if you are out East, they have another location on Main street in Lakewood Ranch.
