IST has been my savior many times. I own a Spa and every time I have had a problem with a piece of equipment I have taken it these guys and they have always solved my problems by fixing the equipment. I am so grateful to them. Highly recommend them.

Our broken TV was quickly diagnosed and promised repair same-day, which was delivered on after a few hours. Customer service on phone and in person was quick and knowledgeable. Cannot say enough good things, this is the place to go for electronics repair 100% highly recommend!

They fixed our TV but it only lasted a few weeks. Sent it back and they fixed it again. It broke again. They did say sometimes they break again. After it was all said and done the refunded us out money without hesitating. We would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Brought in my moms TV that we thought may be broken. Was told it was the motherboard and would cost $300+ to fix. Found out it was her wall outlet, not the tv acting up so brought the tv that I was told broken to my house it works perfectly fine. Why would you charge someone 300$ for a tv that is not broken? And blatantly lie that the motherboard needed to fix? Scamming innocent people out of hundreds of dollars is not a proper way to business. Shame on them.

They are the best electronics repair company I have ever run across. They repaired a complex piece of equipment from Korea. My only other choice was to ship it back to the manufacturer in Korea, and they repaired it for a fraction of the cost. They are the best!

My Harman Kardon Bluetooth speaker broke down. Unfortunately Harman kardon doesn't make the motherboard anymore. The technician and office worker tried everything to find a motherboard from other sources. They were not able to find one but I definitely give them an A-Plus for effort.
